Thanks. This kind of works for me. But it kind of doesn't at the same time. F8 key works for me. Mine gets to the part with the six options available, and has the recovery option. But when I click on the wizard, it asks for recovery discs.. Mine is a Toshiba Satellite A305D-S6848. Has Vista. It can get to the desktop but there are a bunch of viruses on it. Nothing personal on it. Just from a previous owner. Is there a way to remove the viruses off of it, without connecting it online?

@@Ahamedsooraj if you still get access to the control panel (my computer was being very weird) you can just make a new account, give it administrator properties then delete your old account but if you are trying to SELL it then just say it can't be factory reset and to just make a new account. Worked for me.
