Hammocks are so freaking comfortable. I haven't used one in a few years and I miss it. That was one thick slab of beef there. It took up the whole pan lol. Looked like you totally enjoyed yourself.
That was making my mouth water watching that ribeye cook... How do you like that Snugpak hammock? All of their gear that I have so far has been excellent. Well designed, and has proven to hold up well in the field.
Cool video. Looks like a good afternoon in the woods. I would only suggest to use wider straps when attaching the hammock to the trees since narrow straps (paracord) can strip bark from trees. It's part of the Leave No Trace philosophy. Obviously in a true survival situation, you do what you have to.
