EXTREMELY ANNOYING FAN. GOES OFF EVERY TIME AND ALWAYS. EVEN WITH INTELLIGENT COOLING FUNCTION. THE LIGHTEST!! TASKS MAKE THE FAN GO CRAZY!!

Just got this for my gf. Initial impressions are very good. Very nice build quality. Screen is the 2.2K Matte and 60hz. Colors are good but viewing angles could be better, surprising being an IPS panel. I5 1340p gets around 24k in passmark cpu benchmark which is impressive. Speakers are terrible.
How is the battery life, fan noise and temperatures? the brightness is good enough for direct sunlight?

@@jeffersonmp4 Never heard the fan while browsing the web and normal use. When running the benchmark there was but had a low pitch sound no problem there. Battery life depends. Because of the P processor if you hammer it will eat through the battery very quickly. Overall I think between 7 to 10 hours are possible if you are just doing basic stuff at moderate brightness levels. I estimate the screen is around 300 nits if you need to work outside probably would need something brighter although being a matte screen is more suited than a glossy one.

I heard about it just lasts about 3-5hrs(?max) with just normal usage and battery saver
this is true, i never get anymore then maybe 5 hours when just browsing. and goes down to 3-4 hours when watching a movie. i need to turn the brightness to half just to make sure i can finish a 3 hour movie on one charge.

Lenovo is almost always months late on the release dates. This was announced at CES to come out April 1st but there's been no Media review units yet. What's the latest ETA? I can't imagine it's going to be available April 1st to Consumers

@@danielngo6037 Didn't play a lot, I'm using it just for work, but I tried cs go, and you have to setup all your settings to low to play it. But also I was disappointed with the sound, it is so low that you can't barely hear RUclips if you're not using an external soundbar or headphones

Hey, currently Yoga Slim 6i individual keys are either storm grey or misty grey. Storm grey is kinda like a black one even though we name it as grey. And letters on the storm grey keys are white colors, misty grey keys have grey colored letters tho.
