The General Dynamics F 16 Fighting Falcon is a single-engine supersonic multirole fighter aircraft originally developed by General Dynamics for the United States Air Force. Designed as an air superiority day fighter, it evolved into a successful all-weather multirole aircraft.
F16 fighter jet cockpit advanced equipment being fitted on the current build of the F16 jets includes Honeywell colour flat-panel liquid crystal multifunction displays, digital terrain system, modular mission computer, colour video camera to record the pilot’s view of the head-up display.

I was fortunate enough to get two incentive rides in the F-16 while I was in the Air Force. All I can say is that it’s brutal, violent and painful. I have a ton of respect for fighter pilots. I couldn’t pull 9Gs on a daily basis.

I got a drawing that would make that jet into a stealth fighter and still be one of the best jet fighters in the world to fight off other jets with.. The design of it just need to be changed alittle bit, it would not even lose any of Its speed or agility on it, i think it would be more stabil in sharp turns by doing it, and if we boost it alittle we can put in one of the F-22 raptor engines in it... And we would have a superior jetfighter for the Next Maybe 100 years 😉

In a land of sand when all hell is breaking loose, more than you bargained or planed for....seeing these guys show up at 600-ish MPH can really put a quick tear of respect in your eye. Throw in a couple A-10’s some minutes later. Been there, felt that. The ground fire suddenly goes away and you realize a bunch of guys 100 yards away are quietly crapping their pants. Anyway, nothing but TOTAL respect!

Especially during red flag drill time! It’s so awesome seeing all the different fighters from all over the world. I live on the south west side now but I go out to my brothers house in NLV once a week so I still get to see the jets flying in & out of NAFB all day while I’m there!

I could feel the continuous throttle play to maintain the echelon with the Mustang (or whatever it was). Close formation with that low speed aircraft was skillful. Felt the negative g for the short inverted flight. Enjoyed the four point rolls. And the visibility from the cockpit, ahh!!! wonderful!!

I think its gonna cost you over £100,000 for training & high college school grades. Especially maths and psychics. That's what I heard idk if its true. Most of the time its self funded

man o man, that was amazing. flying like that must be amazing. i got (almost) air sick flying with that pilot. the turns, the rolls. i was in the Air Force back in 74 to 77. i use to deliver parts to the crew chiefs for numerous aircraft. got to tour a lot of them. the cockpit is out of this world. the buttons, switches,instruments.if anyone wonders why it takes so long to train a fighter pilot, or any pilot for that matter, needs to look at the controls. imagine being in a dog fight,flying hundreds of miles an hour and not getting sick due to G Forces, just blows my mind. American Military Pilots! THE BEST IN THE WORLD!!! HA, ON EARTH!!!

You accidently added another 0, the F-16 is from 70's and it only costs around 15-20 million.

F16 will never get old to me. Very impressive jet. Always watch them takeoff and land at Lackland AFB. Sure do miss aircraft maintenance days.
This is great. I’m not in the military but live near hill Air Force base in Utah and these guys fly in pairs daily and I’ve always been curious what it would look like from their POV.

I think that in many foreign countries you can in fact fly in an HPA for the right price. You may need to fly to Asia or even Africa, but the experience is available for the right price. Before the Syrian Civil War, a student of mine hired a Syrian military helicopter for $50 to take him for a flight.

Wow this is amazing cockpit footage, I felt like I was sitting behind the pilot. Great flying skills, and one of the smoothest landings, loved the part where he flew past the P51, would have been awsome seeing the two iconic warbirds flying together.

The visibility from an F16 cockpit is unreal, great for situational awareness but perilous if you're getting shot at I imagine!
The good thing is in terms of stress and G load the human body is the F16s only limiting factor.
That doesn't matter if you're getting shot at by 25-30mm cannon rounds. Those don't care what you're sitting behind
The bubble canopy is just as reliable as the rest of the aircraft when it comes to a missile or a cannon round.
When u go to battlefield, things are not so beautiful...

Actually, it’s prettier. More flashing lights, things falling from the sky. Parachutes slowly defending 🪂. It’s like the 4th of July but your terrified if your in the one flying this thing. But otherwise from that it’s beautiful. At least in video games and the movies 🤷♂️
