Non-competitor, but I’m fascinated by it, especially the poses. Would love to see more breakdowns or history or tutorials on posing if enough people like it. Thanks for sharing!
Hello, this is gonna be my first grandmasters at physique. I’m 65 years old started off with the new You program and went into training for almost gonna be over a year. Looking forward to it just started learning my poses and thank you for showing us your video.
Your midsection is AMAZING! 🥰 I’m a non competitor female , so this video isn’t applicable to me at all but I really enjoyed it. I like how the little details in posing add up! You look incredible as always.
Training to compete in my first body building competition and this was all helpful info. Would love a bit more in depth on why your arms are level with your shoulders on the back pose and why you shoot for specific angles with each pose, but overall enjoyed the video.
Posing is such an important thing to master when stepping on stage! I felt blessed to have you award my medals to me when i both my classes at the Ryan terry classic last year 🙏🏾 hope to see u again this year with a better package 💪🏽💪🏽
Actually there is a competition 4 weeks away and im starting prep from tomorrow so i know its preety difficult to represent the best physique but hope so that yours this posing routine video will help very much
Thank you. This is so helpful. I'm 60, and going back into competition after 30 years. Are there certain mandatory poses like in the classic or bodybuilding classes!
Great video. Was wondering if you could do a video specifically about translations. Trying to figure out creative ways to transition bw front and back pose.
Hi mate. What are the first steps getting into bodybuilding? I’ve been training for 3 years now, and I would like to maybe compete in a year or so give or take. I just wouldn’t know where to start. I can’t find any videos on this topic. I seen a video of yours today I think it was comparing men’s physique / classic / open so I think with some more muscle and some good conditioning I’d be more suitable for men’s physique. Any advice would be highly appreciated.
Hi Ryan, if you read this ,can you post the link to the board shorts , think it was Atlata..? Please 🙏 thanks mate... hope you're well and the family..😎
Mentioned you in conversation to a colleague at work today when we were talking about awesome looking gyms, said your new gym looked awesome however despite watching all your content i had a brain fart and couldn't remember your surname lol ... ended up describing you as ryan Mr.olympia, you know that really nice bloke lol
This guy's physique is amazing. Very symmetrical, aesthetic, balanced and dense. However, to compete as an IFBB pro it is impossible to stay natural / drug-free. The competition will just blow you away and you'll end up taking no place. You HAVE to take PEDs if you want to take the next step in your fitness career. There is no way around it. And that considering you have the genes and determination to follow with the training / supplementation / diet aspect after. If you are a natural lifter you should train and eat differently than Ryan. Actually, one of the best things you can do as a natural lifter is to study the philosophy of Old-School bodybuilders. Old-School bodybuilders were ingenious physique architects. They had a profound knowledge of the principles of proper nutrition, smart supplementation, exercise science and muscle adaptability. If you combine Old-School bodybuilding wisdom with modern, evidence-based science, it's the best, safest, most effective way in achieving a strong, sexy, healthy and aesthetic physique. Vintage Physique by George Kelly is a nice book on this. It includes 3 lean bulking protocols (diet + training + supplements) depending on your training level.
I am 5 weeks out from my first mens physique show wish me luck guys.
