Good luck! Keep us posted on your progress. You look great as youtube personalities go, and how you look does make a difference to both men and women (according to studies). This should only increase your appeal.
I watched your video stating that OLED was on its way out and how amazing Mini-LED is compared to OLED. At what point do you tell people how wrong you were or do you just delete the video? Mini led is good but will never be as good as OLED. That has over 8 million individual dimming zones 8 million.
I would’ve appreciated it much more if they had kept the 13” Pro a bit thicker, but giving it 15-20h of battery life.
Ipad mini where
I'm always a fan of extended battery life, plus: Durability, Ease of Use, Compatibility, and finally excellence in the cameras.
yeah battery improvement is needed
Not me. I travel 5 months of the year. I prefer lighter and more nimble. It already has fantastic battery life.
@@jacobpetersen5662 as long as it doesn’t bend
Apple didnt tell you that the price is INSANE
That's true AFK
Eh? Its quite reasonable actually ..
It’s pretty much the same price as before it’s always the same line with y’all haterssss
Why would they? Besides, it's a judgement call depending how you plan to use the device. If just ranting on socials, then of course.
@@toddrichert2749the 11" ipad used to be 800 and now starts at 1000 and ik there and a lot of upgrades but thats quite a significant amount more for the average person
Who kept wiping the screen when the numbers popped up thinking it was dirt on your screen 🤣👀
I did 🫠🫠😂
I didn’t even notice that it was in the video until I saw your comment 😂
I had to exit the app and check my screen was not broken or something. Lol

Thank you.
I'm keeping my iPad Pro from 2021. It does everything I want to do
Games and media consumption. Clearly iPad Pros aren’t designed for people like you. Enjoy your old inferior tech.
@@coralreef909 neither to you...coral reef dory....😂
Me who still uses a 5th gen iPad from 2017. Couldn't care less about Apple's bullshitting.
@@coralreef909they’re designed for everybody. Without people like him ipad sales would be even lower. More people like him buy iPads than actual pros lmao
The base 256gb models also won’t record 4K Pro Res video except to an external device. Just 1080P using internal storage. Not huge for most folks, but extremely important for some.
Doesn't say that anywhere, you sure you're not assuming like how they did in the iPhones?
@@MrDreamei Says it in the specs under video recording. Here’s the exact quote “ProRes video recording up to 4K at 30 fps (1080p at 30 fps for 256GB capacity) ProRes video recording up to 4K at 60 fps with external recording”
I think if you really care about 4K Pro Res video, you really need to buy 1TB version. or nobody cares about Pro Res.
For the prices they ask for increasing the storage this is just ridiculous. I have the M1 iPad Pro, and I think it will be my last iPad.
@@BobBack86it seems like a downgrade when you’re upgrading to the m4 iPad Pro.
You forgot to mention that the base model iPad Pros can only record ProRes at 1080p at 30fps because they probably using single nand flash
But nobody use ProRes on iPad Pro.
Not because of the NAND, it's because the storage is small..
ProRes 422 is about 17 times bigger than HEVC.
ProRes 4444 is about 41 times bigger than HEVC.
So basically 2-3mins long ProRes is about the same size like a 1 hour long normal video...
My question is, why would you want to record in prores on an iPad anyway... An iPad...
@@TamasKiss-yk4st check the compare specs sheet. The last generation iPad Pros could record ProRes at 4k30fps with 256gb storage but not with this generation.
@@RealEpikCartfrenYT Well whoever uses an iPad for creative purposes like artists or illustrators idk
Vadim analyzed the hell out of the M4 iPad Pros without even getting his hands on the actual products. Well done on the thorough analysis!
Press outfits get info (sometimes actual HW) ahead of announcement ... so, they can do all the review work and prepare videos, but under embargo until a certain date/time and then they can release.
To sum up this video, just buy the 13" Air. If you want a "nano glass" matte looking thing, Get the paperlike screen cover.
Curious if the sounds on the pros will be downgraded because the interior space for base resonance is smaller?
Majority of the people do not need an iPad Pro, unless you really want that OLED.
iPad Air at 13 inch is interesting though. Need to check that out in person
That's what I'm gonna be getting
I really like the 120hz promotion feature in my 2018 ipad pro as well as the laminated display. I really want an ipad mini with both :) Till that happens, the ipad pro line is only version I would consider buying.
It is worth looking at the Samsung Tab 9+ Ultra. 14.6 inch tablet with OLED. They give you the pen with the tablet & there’s removable extra storage option.
@@dalbriggssnah they need that apple logo on the back
Yeah, for me, "Pro" means you make money with the device. The other benefits are nice too but really hard to justify the price for a toy. I have an M1 12.9 Pro that use every day for business and entertainment - but the display is dying (out of warranty/Apple Care) so I need a replacement before it cuts out completely. Honestly, for my needs the Air is more than adequate but the OLED is tempting.
Thinking of trading in my 2018 12.9” pro for an 11” Pro, but it’s hard to justify paying $1200+ for it, even with the credit. The fundamental question of “can I do $1200 worth of new things with this?” is unanswered imo, at least until we see anything substantially new in software at WWDC. Also, AJ is my CoPilot coach too, he’s great!
It’s a logical and rational question but yet also one that’s quite hard to ever really arrive a true answer at. IMO there’s really only two demographic groups who “need” the iPad - students (who use it as an alternative to a laptop) and drawing artists (who use apps like Procreate). For everyone else, it’s really to some degree a “nice to have”.
In that case, just buy it if we can afford it. Buy it, enjoy it, cherish it (not make it into unnecessarily e-waste) knowing well there are plenty of folks who can’t even contemplate buying one because of their circumstances. For those amongst us to even be in a position to consider the purchase, we are so lucky.
The iPad itself also IMO can’t ever truly generate that monetary value. Because it’s mostly an iterative product cycle. If it was making leaps generation to generation, it might be more likely. Also unless it’s running some automation, it will involve us in some way. So then there’s our time to factor in. Even if there is to be an “AI” automation feature, it doesn’t seem likely that it will be exclusive to the iPad. If so there may be other cheaper and perhaps even better alternatives to run those features.
Either way whichever choice you make, hope you continue to have a fruitful time with your device doc!
Think about it as a 5 year investment to enjoy yourself.
Acquiring this iPad will precipitate a state of Hypomoneta in our fiscal reservoir, with ‘hypo’ denoting a deficiency and ‘moneta’ signifying currency
Unless it has the ability to switch from iPadOS to MacOS after WWDC I can’t justify buying this
$1200 for an iPad is a rip off, go on holiday, update/upgrade home furniture
I saw the presentation and immediately ordered a refurb ipad pro 2017. With a headphone jack. That is fast enough for what ipad os can do 😂
My 11in M2 iPad Pro with a Logitech keyboard is all I need for work and Netflix on the go. Not crying out for ray tracing OLED neural mumbotronics writing Python.
Honestly the better purchase would’ve been the refurb 2018 iPad Pro. Why? Because the 2017 iPad Pro is looking to be dropped from iPadOS support this year.
It's sort of like phones. I still have a 6s because when it comes to phone OS and interface, they can't really do much with all the horsepower.
How much storage did you get
That’s interesting. Do you have good wired headphones?
I am so happy I got the iPad 11 Pro M1. Its has been a such a nice addition. (If I could go back I would get the 12.9 instead due to the Mini-led. But performace wise, it kills everything I throw at it. Will not upgrade in many years.
I'm interested in the size of the largest display. So far all tablets are slightly too narrow to display full scale sheet music in portrait orientation. Presently I use the Samsung Ultra which is the same width as the iPadPro, both in portrait mode. They need to be 1/4" wider in portrait orientation.
Finally OLED screen on both ipad pro 11 inch and 13 inch model. Now it’s worth buying it
We don’t get a power adaptor in EU, but at least we pay more for apple product! wait…huh
You’re wealthy and have deep pockets 😂no complaints 😂
It's called communism. Hard to do good business (ie take care of customers) in such an environment.
Hear me out. EU should ban all sales of new Apple products until Apple agrees to reduce the import tax and makes their products cheaper and more affordable.
@@RealEpikCartfrenYT The EU should stop stiffing innovation (with regulation) and taxing private enterprise to death (which only hurts consumers). Until you all change your leadership in the EU, you deserve to have a lower standard of living (less Apple products you can afford). Have fun being poor in a socialist dystopia.
Good vid. I ordered a base 13 inch pro today. My 11 inch pro from 2018 won't last forever, and prices will only go up next year. I had to go for it.
Quick reminder to all of you that if you’re happy with your current iPad DONT upgrade and stop the hate.
I currently own the 12z iPad Pro 12.9 and this new iPad is everything I was hoping for an update. Better screen better camera orientation, better processor with better decode and encode engines, better ai and future proofnes.
When you say better AI, what can you do more on the M4 model that your 12Z ipad cannot? Because AI was not really mentioned from apple.
@@giorgosk.8358Wasn’t mentioned…yet. Wait until WWDC next month.
I have the first all screen iPad Pro 2018, 6 years so far, does everything very well, the latest iPad doesn’t make me feel I wanna upgrade 😂
UK to apple: allow side loading. Apple to UK: no power brick for you
It’s your iPad destroy it if you want by sideloading the hell out of it.
@@coralreef909 I'm the US so no side loading for me
What’s the maximum wattage you can charge the new iPad Pro with?
@MaxTech!!! USB Dongle transfers? Photo/ Video transfers. Is the new dongle port finally able to transfer large files from a Camera SD card onto a external hard drive without it being slow and dying constantly. We really want to use an Ipad as a on location field backup for our photo/video shoots and the other Ipads fall flat (at least the Air 4 fails with lots of files and high Gigs). Can you test it?
Wow this video has more info about Ipad than the actual apple event 👍
Excellent overview. I noticed that the angle of the lower Magic Keyboard hinge is more vertical than the previous one - probably to expose more of the keyboard. I rest my IPad Pro (2022) on my lap, so not sure if this will cause it to fall backwards or not. Do you happen to know if the Magic Keyboard charging port will support accessories like SD or external monitors?
It is an advantage for Air that it works with old Magic Keyboard. Air is a great way to keep costs down for average users.
Quick question. Even though it's mentioned for this device that Apple improved the Neural engine, are the larger devices still getting more Neural engine cores since the Ai system will be on the device and not through the cloud?
Generative AI will be mostly cloud-based, but other AI will be on-device.
Just ordered the 13 pro. Coming from a 2020 12.9 pro im sure I’ll see a huge improvement. Mainly doing this as i dont have a M series iPad and it looks like Logic needs it now for the cool things.
What I'd like to know is whether or not the nano texture non-glare screen reduces the sharpness of text viewed on the screen. I was going to order this version until I watched a review of the Apple Studio monitor that apparently has the same nano texture screen. The reviewer showed how text appears a bit blurry, not perfectly crisp, as though the lines appear slightly scattered. I immediately changed my new iPad Pro order to 'standard glass' because I do a lot of reading on my iPad and crisp, clear text is super important. Afterwards I watched a 'hands-on' new iPad video where the reviewer showed that the blacks are not as deep solid blacks on the nano-textured screen of the new iPad Pro. I hope that RUclips reviewers will demo the 2 versions of the new OLED screens side by side, along with comparing it to the prior iPad Pro mini LED screens. That will be a very interesting comparison, so see whether I made the right choice in choosing the 'standard glass' instead of the 'nano texture' glass ...
Definitely looking forward to M4 Pro and M4 Max GPU performance figures. I just can't believe there won't be a decent performance boost overall. Keeping my powder dry until WWDC!
My 2018 12.9 inch iPad Pro displays the same 600 nits as the M2 air, most likel;y it’s just the 2018/20 12.9 inch screen in the 13 inch M2 without the 120hz.
Good things to know! Do you think it is possible to connect your iPad with cellular to your phone plan? I like the Xm idea.
Get the silver. I bought and kept the space black 16” MBP and regret not replacing it with the silver model. I decided then to keep it just to have the black cable then I saw Apple is selling the charging cables in colors. Hopefully they will do the same with these
Bro, you literally presented the old iPad pros on your table to demonstrate (only a reference obviously) the new iPad, show HOW MUCH IPAD PRO HAS BEEN UPDATED...APPLE really hit treasure chest by releasing same thing from last 4 years
That’s how tech. illeterates see it, looking at the outer shell, understanding and appreciating nothing from the inside tech, R&D and advancements. Most guys are better off a regular ipad from 4yrs ago, it’ll run Netflix, YT, social media and even games! Leave the Pro for the pros to milk every last drop of tech and power and deliver the work and creativity they expect by paying a pro price! Sheesh, I’m tired of gen-Z and fandroids!
That’s a good point tbh
They don't even have the new iPads yet! Cut them some slack
Same with the Galaxy Tab S line. What else can you do for tablets? It is a mature market!
@@nich-nk2cr yes exactly, that's what I am saying, JUST CHANGE THE WALLPAPER and voila new IPAD. It's not anyone mistake to be honest, not even apple's everyone wants to buy their product even if there is no substantial update. specifically for IPAD pros they are toothless tigers...
with my comment i was just trying to say that its next to impossible for someone to distinguish new and old devices just by looking and that's what it is since long for this specific product.
The real question is, can you use Photoshop at full capacity like you can on a desktop or a laptop?
Definitely you can’t, because they’re 2 different devices for 2 different use cases, both can share some tasks but each can excel in others! Cam tasks, capturing whiteboards in lectures and meetings, annotating, sketching, drawing, scanning docs, fast touch computing, portability, the ipad is the unique king. Virtual machines, special full blown SW, 3D, Xcode development and heavy multi tasking, a computer is better.
You can do most photoshop or Lightroom work on ipad on the go, but for very advanced tasks and plugins, the MacBook is better.
You also have Pixelmator and Affinity Photo on ipad and they’re desktop class if Photoshop on ipad doesnt cut it for you.
But on the other hand, you can use Apple Pencil on the ipad while you can’t on the desktop, you’d need to shed extra on Wacom Cintique and it’s definitely not portable. So yeah, desktop is not always the best!
no
I’m good… I actually just handed down my 2017 10.9 iPad to my grandkids and I got a MacBook Air. I’ll keep my mini 6 and maybe upgrade that. I cannot justify buying a new iPad THEN having to spend the extra cash to get a new Apple Pencil when I just bought the gen 2 Pencil for 129.00.
per the screen sizes, the Pro was also 10.86" before but is now actually 11". Same with the 13" Pro actually being 13.1" now. The 11" Air is just the same size as last gen.
Really love the OLED. Can’t wait to get my 13 inch iPad Pro, new Magic Keyboard and pencil pro. Those doddles gonna be pro level 😊
Same here, I just pre-ordered the 13in Pro and keyboard. Coming from the 3rd gen pro, it will be a nice upgrade.
“Our new Magic Keyboard will give you a Mac like feel”
Well shit than get a MacBook then dafuq?
Im deciding between ipad air 13” or ipad pro. I’m looking for something that is reliable for gaming and writing notes for university. Which one should I go for? I’ve been wanting to upgrade my 2019 Ipad Pro since last year. I know it’s quite expensive, i’m wanting something that will last me years, so it’s it better i spend that extra $$ for a pro or should i go with the air?
How did the ipad pro perform as a laptop ‘replacement’? Cause I don’t have an ipad to begin with, but I’m really tempted to buy the new pro
@@Yetha148ipad is not at all a laptop replacement unless you are a digital artist. If your a professional it's always better to buy any laptop according to your likings. If your are fine to explore windows try surface pro. Surface pro 10 is due this year which runs on windows 11 and okay as a tablet. Where you can install any app like how you use a desktop.
@@Yetha148 I think it’s great! For me I also have a macbook air, having an ipad and laptop has made it easier for me to type notes as well as highlighting any documents. I mainly use my laptop to write notes because it’s much more efficient and my ipad for gaming and for note taking
I think iPad Pro 2022 m2 remains a bang for the buck. Even thou there are several upgrades of the new Pro, but this new units are highly focused to specific users. Which means, only very little people can maximize the capabilities of the new model. Unless, apple release a major software that redefines the iPad then the new models becomes worth it .
Yup... because its not like the old ipad pros we're ever slow... so all this "performance" is r really just wasted.
Shoot, the M1 iPad Air is likely the best “bang for your buck.” Saw it down to $399 at Best Buy the other week. Has 85-90% of the features even the M4 iPad has.
U might have a point
Do you think the M2 2022 ipad Pro is suitable for Lightroom? I'm asking cos my M1 MBA throttles and run around 80-95C when running Lightroom. I bought it after seeing Max's review but it severely underperformed.

Not sure I have a use case for an iPad and at that price!
Can you use an iPad in your car as a satnav if you tether with iPhone?
I'd imagine you can, or if you even got the cellular version it would work on its own. They have GPS which is the biggest thing for satnav and maps can be downloaded offline if you couldn't get internet to work.
You can, but only for awhile. I've tried this exact setup but the iPad can't cope and it crashes. Bluetooth can't handle that much data constantly on the go.
iPad with cellular on the other hand works. I've seen a number of Taxi Drivers using it.
Is it time to upgrade my 2014 Samsung note 10 to M4 iPad pro? Cos iPad finally looks like it.
Depending on how and why you use it... the Note 10 is more iPad mini sized, and the Pro is anything but mini. I 'upgraded' my old mini 4 to a 4th gen Pro and hate it - too. damn. big.
Nah you should get a used iPad instead. I'm not paying thousands of dollars for a slab of glass.
@@RealEpikCartfrenYT 😂😅😅
What’s the peak charging wattage for the new Airs with M2?
So much power. Such baby software.
Are you using old iPads with new wallpaper?
Wondering if the new 13’ iPad Pro is worth upgrading from the 12.9” M1? Mostly just gaming and using RUclips? Have to see it in person and find out.

@@tash22010 no. That’s it? I expected at least capital letters. NO. 😕
Would Have Loved A “BLACK APPLE PENCIL PRO”
I have just ordered the new 11 inch iPad Pro - can’t wait 😀
I’m not sold on OLED displays particularly because (i) inherent burn in problems with OLED and (ii) I have not read any reasons why Apple chose OLED vs micro LED.
Tandem OLED is much more efficient because you have two layers that can work together at lower individual brightness levels to reach the standard brightness levels that people will use most of the time.
This also dramatically reduces chances of burn-in, since both layers work together.
Removing the ultra-wide camera from the IPad Pro is a big deal to me. I am probably one of the relatively few people who uses device as a camera for taking scenic pictures. And some of my best shots were with the ultra-wide camera. Still love my 11-inch M2 iPad Pro, so this one change alone might keep me from upgrading.
Will the iPad Pro be good for gaming?
Thanks for putting The Home Depot App on the home screen and supporting my job! Much love
#21: The new landscape FaceTime camera isn't centered. It's a bit off to the left.
So when are the MacBooks getting upgraded?
Doesn’t the M1 Max have 200GB/s memory bandwidth?
Which is the best power adapter for the Ipad pro M4 ?
I was excited to run out and get one until I saw this video. Some things make this more of a downgrade than an upgrade. Why would you remove mmWave and not upgrade the camera. Really the only thing to (maybe) get excited about is the OLED. And of course the M4 sounds cool too.
No mmWave? That is very important to me. Thanks for the detailed spec mock-up.
Now I must reconsider if I want to upgrade from the M1 12.9 iPad Pro, since bunch of downgrading. For me, most work still needs to be done on a MacBook Pro, and the limited iPad OS makes the performance update meaningless to me(why not bring VM to iPadOS at least to 16G model), except for the new 1600nits OLED. Really want to have that on MacBook Pro. Or a new XDR 32' display.
can't wait to get my 11 inch ipad pro oled, coming from an M1 ipad pro 11 inch
15:18
You said “iPad Air” here but you were comparing battery sizes of the IPad Pro models, right??
Still loving my Refurbished ipad pro 12.9 (3rd gen) which I bought for only 500 USD and Logitech Slim Folio Pro for only 35 USD brandnew.
I’m considering upgrading from iPad Pro 10.5 with 256gb (2017) to iPad Air 11 with 128gb but I fear missing my loved promotion display and the incredible sound system the iPad Pro 10.5 has, and the storage too…
Can you do some benchmark with m1 m2 and m4 iPad chips
Do supporting new wifi standards increase the speed of airdrop also?
How come, my ipad pro 9.7 of 2016 has 500 nits brightness and the newest Air does too. No point of upgrading or what?
I'd love to see stats on the usage of any rear mounted camera on iPads. I've never once use the back camera(s) on any iPad I've ever owned. I'd rather the iPad rest flat on a table, and not have camera wobble. And if that makes the device a bit cheaper ... even better.
Still a hard sell for replacing my M1 Ipad pro. OLED is a nice thing to have, but not needed unless I’m a die hard designed or videographer
Nice video!, which kind of strap (brand) you have on your apple watch ultra?
Nomad's Titanium Band!
I don’t understand. The frames in IPad Pro gets smaller?
Price puts me off for big ipad 13 inch pro
What is the PWM of this OLED panel? Hoping it wont' destroy my eyes.
The new (tandem) oled panel, at 1000 nits, is nice, but ... at 13 inch size, i wonder how it would handle potential burn-in/retention problems, especially now the device is even thinner 🤔 I know they probably tested the hell out of it the past year(s), still ... some folks watch RUclips videos all day long or are working on a program/App that they leave on 24/7. I'd wait a couple of months before purchasing the ipad Pro, to see how it handles heat dissapation in real life use.
It is two panels and will last at least twice as long as current panels on devices like the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra.
I noticed the CPUs when ordering... was a tough choice but went with 512 plus cellular, I'm sure that will still be more than fast enough for my needs as long as Apple doesn't release something at WWDC that slows it too much... if so I would not be a happy camper :)
I had the first iPad Pro with cellular and basic storage. Used cellular a few times with different network than my phone so one could tether to another but eventually I was just using the iPhone as a hotspot and having hassle free with contracts. On my newer one I got WiFi and more storage and upgraded my data plan, and it was still cheaper than the basic iPad + Cellular
Does the new black finish have an anti-fingerprint treatment???
guys i already own an imac 2017 which works pretty well but i need a portable device so should i buy the ipad pro 13 inch or macbook air 15 inch? considering i own an imac
macbook air 15 inch unless you want to be frustrated with the iPad File management.
MacBook Air definitely
It all comes down to whether your portable device needs to run full macOS apps, or if iPad OS apps will be good enough for your portable needs.
I love my iPad and it’s great for what I use it for, but my computer has to be a MacBook Pro because the iPad versions of my work apps are very under-featured compared to the Mac versions. If I had to choose, the Mac is the higher priority because only the Mac versions of the software have the full feature set required to deliver the projects I make money with.
@@brightboxstudiocool thanks a lot i’ll take my time and decide
I got the iPad Pro right before they upgraded to the m1… I use my iPad for animation and video editing. I would have to upgrade my keyboard case and get the new pencil I realize, but any ideas from anyone who uses the iPad similarly if the upgrade to the m series iPads (I’d probably get the new one) would really help with rendering enough to make it worth it. I’ve noticed my iPad starting to lag after having 40 or so layers in a procreate file which I feel like it didn’t before just a year ago.
Just traded in my M1 iPad Pro for the M4 iPad Pro - I use Luma Fusion to do all my video editing. There is one scene that took the M1 approx. 20 minutes to render, I did the same rendering using my new M4 and I’m a happy to report that the M4 completed the task in less than 4 minutes. I know this does not answer your question, but I would imagine you’d be happy with the speed.
256GB and 512GB models have 8GB of RAM and M4 with 3 performance cores; only 1TB and 2TB models come with 16GB of memory and M4 with all four high-performance CPU cores enabled. Video editors should consider the 1TB (or 2 TB) models. Disappointed that a PRO device remains limited to maximum of 16GB?
Excited to see an m4 pro in the MacBook pro's. 2x faster rendering would be amazing
I want to be able to use the FL studio desktop app on iPad. That when I’ll get another one
The numberings/ popped up numbers triggered my OCDP 😂
Burn in is the big issue, my s20 fe is pretty burned in after 2-3 years. The ipad will bunr in faster due to that bright screen.
After iPad pro incredible slimmest 5.1mm
I wish the excitement for
MacBook SE 12'inch M2 at 8.8mm
I still hope Apple should workout this plan soons.😊😊😊😊
I called Apple to ask if the new Magic Keyboard would work with older iPad pros because if you click on the manufacturer’s notes, it says they are compatible 🤷♂️ Whomever I spoke with also confirmed it’s compatible with older iPad pros. I ordered one but won’t believe it until I try it next week as the dimensions of the new iPad are larger. Fingers crossed I don’t have to return it, cause I need a new keyboard!
Yes, the new ipad pro is finally here. I am so worried of how super thin the pros are, especially the 13 inch pro. I'm so afraid that It will bend 😭
just bend it back😂
@Max Tech will it make more sense to get the Ipad Pro M2 instead of the Ipad Air M2?
Depends on how important the landscape front-facing camera on the iPad Air M2 is to you.
@@shameermulji I rarely use the ipad for online meetings. I am coming from Ipad Pro 2017 10.5 64gb. The compatibility limitation of the accessories is frustrating, If only the new pencil pro would work on Ipad Pro M2, I'll definitely get that one because of the pro motion display.
@@flandrgames6451 that's fair
One big difference I noticed that I'm not sure if Apple mentioned, but the 256GB and 512GB models have 8GB of memory. The 1TB and 2TB models have 16GB of memory. Huge difference for people using tools that are memory dependent like Procreate.
There are many things in your videos that u didn't mention when elaborating on Mac, just comparing with Windows. But as a student, there are a lot of necessary apps which is not available for Mac, and thanks to you, I have wasted money on Mac after seeing your videos.
You guys in the US get a power brick with your new iPad? There’s none included in Germany
what about all those predictions about M4 mac studios et al?
Useful round up of small features and details differences. Thank you.
Exceptional hardware in the new iPad Pros but iPadOS means for people not using the device for professional creativity, it seems the hardware is not possible to use those resources for the high cost. Apple needs to upgrade iPadOS significantly.
The iPad Pro is the best for people that want...a tablet! Who would have thought! So creators, musicians, digital artists, etc. Laptops are for people...guess what...that need desktop apps! That is how two products differentiate themselves. The $1000+ Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra only runs Android yet we do not see comments like yours. Either people do not understand the difference between a laptop and a tablet or just flex on iPads? As for apps, we cannot force devs to make pro apps. It is probably uneconomical...because they do understand that an iPad is a tablet!
the 13inch air does it get last years mini led or is it just edge lit like the stock ipad if so that's a real let down
Unfortunately, it gets a regular LCD display only @60 FPS and NO HDR which is heart breaking because it’s such a huge display you’d hope they’d have an HDR display
@@TheVince1023 thank you
It got the M2 and IPS panels to keep the costs down. If they used an M3 and miniLED, the Air price would be close to $200 more expensive, and a hard sell.
Is it possible to edik 4k 120fps 10 bit video footages in 256gb version of pro?
The only limiting factor is speed of the storage. If you’re editing for an external drive, you shouldn’t have any issue.
It is a real beast , but the "problem" now is ipados : too many limitations...
It runs iPadOS; if that is not for you, then move on. It will never run macOS due to the disaster that was Windows Tablets hybrid W8. That set the principle that hybrids will be too compromised and may end up, as it did with MS, the loss of a significant opportunity to be relevant in the tablet market.
@@ahaimes6320 ok... but why not allow more with iPasOS NEW? eg: windows emulation app, ... (let me the choice...)
Cool. A new iPad. Now people will be able to watch Netflix with better colors.
Seriously what's even the point of giving them a laptop processor that is basically useless.
I'm positive the original M1 had 66GB/s bandwidth, and for the m2 they increased that by 50% to get to 100
One which must be in Pro incredible tech
Is ip68 rating
Missing 😅
Timmy!
Why so thin?
Why is Apple so obsessed with thin ....
I can see if its going into orbit...
After putting a case on it, does it really matter, Timmy...
I would like the capacity and heat disapation, please.
Also, there should only be one version of the M4 chip.
Losing core and performance because of thickness isn't a good trade.
If only they would sell the black woven usb c cable in stores🤞🏽
I read that the ipad pro will charge at 60 watts with the keyboard case.
