I have a no com slow click that stays consistently slow no matter how I move the harness. Sent ecm to Texas, came back good. Bought another harness the other day and I just pulled my harness today. Gonna install tomorrow if I can find time and I pray this is it man. This issue is a fucking headache for sure. This is the only video on RUclips for the P0509 code that’s worth a dang!
Did a new harness fix it? Have 06 megacab I rebuilt engine on, no com to ecm, new ecm, even sent to another company to get tested. New TIPM, sent new TIPM back out as well to get double checked. Have power/ground to ecm pins. Tried pulling on cables and moving them around and still no luck…
I have a issue with my truck I fked something up when I plugged my instrument cluster up while batteries were connected and key turned and I replaced the cluster and now have the problem where my truck won't start power stays on and lights stay on when the ignition is turned off so I have to unhook battery, I've replaced the tipm and had the ecm checked and ecm was good I've tried replacing ignition switch and still no luck I am thinking the skim or skeem whatever is called might of gotten fried I dunno I hope the dealership can figure it out because truck won't start
My trucks doing something like this it will run rpm needle bounceing crazy voltages goes to 15v but batteries are at 12 13v replaced alternator everything on dash lights up horn honks then truck dies.
What’s the secret? I’m assuming I have a similar issue. I just bought an 04 2500 with 5.9 2 weeks ago and my truck died every 2 days and I hear this with the key in the on position when I reinsert the batteries. I’m in PA been diagnosing for 1.5weeks now. Dealer refuses to help or pay for anything and won’t take it back either. I now have a pavement princess and walk to work. Truck does start though. This is my 3rd time watching this video.
Hey man. I’ve watch a couple of your vids with the 6.7. Mine is doing the exact same thing it was doing. I’ve checked everything but I have no computers or a scanner. I’m in Boise Idaho and I need to take this thing in for a professional. If your willing to take that position I can pay you for the work etc. anything will help.

Have your fob checked out. Mine had to be replaced. The old one near the truck would shutdown.
Were you able to get it fixed? If so, what was the fix?
What was the final diagnose on this problem?

This is exactly what my truck is doing. 04.5 truck. Did you replace harness or fix harness pins somehow?
I have 04 and have the click sound with 1 headlight issue but not the TIPM.

I would also check the ground from thr ECM that goes to the battery.
