Also don't forget if your ignition key gets compromised the electronic component microchip can malfunction. It will not throw any codes and act like there is no fuel and it will just crank. So if you have a spare key try that first
Seems like the exact symptom as my ‘03 5.9. I’ve got an entire package fuel system that’s scaled up to 30% over. 90 hp injectors for those interested. The fuel rail is just about the only thing not replaced. It’s in the shop now. That and the fuel control solenoid. New engine, turbo, and transmission as well. I’ve got new programs for it too but I was told it should run (although be smoky at throttle) with the stock file. Been in the shop 6 months and agonizingly close to complete. I drive OTR so I have a local shop doing the work. Wish I could get more involved. Hoping to have it back by Christmas.

I just swapped new DDP 30% injectors and cross over tubes in mine. New fuel rail sensor new fca new lift pump in tank. I’m still getting low cranking frp after it is warmed up it won’t start for 30-45 seconds. If it’s cold it fires right up. When it’s running it’s s champ. No codes no nothing just pure hard start when it’s warm. If I pour water onto my cp3 it’ll fire right up.

Check engine light came on then a no start after cranking. Took it in then the ecm was replaced ran great for 2 weeks the light came on again. Then would not Starr. Shop said needs ecm program to have the vin number put in
@@natedog01able Do you have a multimeter (DVOM, digital volt meter)? Something sounds like is causing you PCM to go bad. Or at least not communicate. If you can find a 3 wire sensor, with key on engine off, see if you have 5 volt reference. A sensor easy to check, try maybe a temp sensor ( if it's 3 wire), or pressure sensor (like the fuel pressure sensor we checked in the video). Verify you have 5 volts with key on engine off...

How did the issue begin? Was it running and died? Or did you try to start one morning and just would crank and no start?

I found out it's not sending voltage to the injectors to open them. But I don't have the software to down load vin
