More than anything we must heal the masculine and femenine relationship, we have hurt each other so much, caused each other so much damage and disrespect. We behave like enemies towards each other, we forgot our energies are complementary. We need each other for balance and harmony. As empaths we tend to look at ourselves to see what the problem is instead of the other person. Mix that with entanglement with the narcissist and your left weak and vulnerable. It snowballs.
It wasn't until I figured out myself and why I woke up from a severe near death health experience as a different and changed being. I thought it was my physical weakness that I had no patience with any nonsense or even the usual ways from before. Was not my usual self to lash out or let go of people so quickly.
Truly it felt like I had a half a breath in me to deal with. So the truth comes from me and I have no flowers in my speech to make you comfortable.
This is a tremendous journey y'all. Have mercy on yourselves 🌹
Literally my child's father, I ask him why? He always wake telling how I sleep like the dead. I told him I like how he is awake and always doing whatever it is he is doing. I find myself waking up now like someone opened my eyes and he is always dodging or being sneaky with it as well as other stuff. I left and now he finding ways to come back. But I feel a internal warning about him I can't explain.

I do enjoy my sleep. Im catching up with all the times i stayed up 7 days a week on drugs.
I was heavily asleep. I would feel how restless he was on my days off and I started to get the courage to take my vacation days…it started to feel like I was interrupting his life on those days and eventually I learned I was right.
