I used to be your typical gym lad who thought yoga was silly and it was only for girls but since watching your videos Ive been doing more yoga than gym haha you have really opened my eyes to a better living and it hasnt just affected me physically but spiritually and mentally even my pairs have noticed a positive change Im alot happier stress free and most of all Im free haha no more tight muscles Im not flexible now but Im alot more flexible than I used to be and I have you to thank adrienne so cheers to you and I hope to see more videos in the future

It' s easy to forget how much good these little sessions do to you.. The most difficult part is to find the time to get on your mat..after that, you forget everything and let go.. Plus this beautiful voice helps a lot :)

I'm currently in the last weeks of writing my PhD thesis and using this month to constantly shift back to that place of just letting it be good enough and moving on. MOTIVATE ⚛ | March 5, 2023 | It's been a minute since we last visited with Adriene in Mexico for this swift practice, and it was lovely to be back! As always with videos where Adriene does the voiceover I find myself getting a little tripped up between following the visual cues AND the audio cues, which leads to rushing the transitions making the poses wobbly. A good reminder to slow down and reconnect with the breath! Feeling refreshed and relaxed! 🙏
Started doing this while travelling this year (in groups) and what a MASSIVE difference it makes to my day! My patience is so much higher, and I’m able to enjoy so much more during the day - thank you Adriene 😘😘

I just want to thank you for everything you do. I have dealt with serious mental health issues since I was in high school, including severe depression and anxiety. I'm 21 now and paired with the right medication and therapy, yoga has become a comfort for me. Instead of focusing on the negatives I now practice gratitude for everything wherever I go. I've grown from having to look at the video the entire time to creating my own flows and expanding my practice. Also, my heels touched the floor in down dog for the first time yesterday! Thank you for being you.
I can't thank Adrienne enough for making these videos , but thank you and everyone who watches her for supporting this channel, I don't know what I would without her videos, her videos are an actual part of my life.

I received my first yoga mat for my birthday in december right before you released your first 30 days of yoga in 2015, which was my first meeting with you. I remember saying that I looked forward to the day that my mat is worn out. I did yoga every single day that January and I loved it. I have since practiced yoga on and off, the vast majority of that as home yoga practice. I did take my teacher training a few years ago, and I have never felt better than I did that summer. Yoga brings me so much, I just keep forgetting it before I get on the mat. The days I struggle the most I always come back to this one. It is short, sweet, great balance between strength and relaxation with modification possibilities for either one, and it touches the whole body. When I don't feel like doing yoga, or feel a bit under the weather, tense, sick, headache, I do this one. It is in my opinion the perfect pick-me-up yoga sequence, and my all time favourite in all the yoga i have done. I have memorised nearly all your words and movements, but I still put the video on anyway. Long story short, thanks for doing what you do, it has changed my life for the better. The more yoga I do, the better I feel, so I am eternally grateful for this video keeping me on track when I forget this piece of wisdom. Hang loose!

Travel yoga just what I needed after a day of car travel and setting up our camper trailer for the next four nights. My yoga attire is a bit different from normal with a beanie, snow boots , thick hoodie & trackie daks on my yoga mat in my tent 🥶😊
In deep yoga squat, my out of alignment issues really shone. My right knee could never bend fully, my right fingertips could reach high and freely but my left fingertips could not nearly do the same and feeling all jammed up in my left lower back. Two years later and many yoga achieved body adjustments..... my knee is bending to about 95%, both arms reach and wave up to the sky and my lower back is supple and able. I am both astounded and delighted with the reset yoga has allowed my body.
Day 5 of February calendar, perfect for my Monday morning, short and refreshing, just right when we haven’t much time to spare but need our daily fix ! What a beautiful place 🤗🧘♀️😎🙏💞

Travel yoga just what I needed after a day of car travel and setting up our camper trailer for the next four nights. My yoga attire is a bit different from normal with a beanie, snow boots , thick hoodie & trackie daks on my yoga mat in my tent 🥶😊
In deep yoga squat, my out of alignment issues really shone. My right knee could never bend fully, my right fingertips could reach high and freely but my left fingertips could not nearly do the same and feeling all jammed up in my left lower back. Two years later and many yoga achieved body adjustments..... my knee is bending to about 95%, both arms reach and wave up to the sky and my lower back is supple and able. I am both astounded and delighted with the reset yoga has allowed my body.

Blessed Beloved Beauties! I adore this practice for Day - 27 for the flow journey. It's aligned with my upcoming travels tomorrow. This session released endorphins. Y’all! I needed a little something more today as well as to slow down, so I did this practice at 0.5 speed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ five star, plus the music gets a little spooky in the middle in a good way 😄

Still here from the west of Ireland swimming in the freezing sea walking in fresh air so I missed a week of yoga but caught up now and want to say hi to all the gang who have done something so positive during a really scary few months and thank u adriene it means a lot to us all where ever we are
