Travelling is great but being cooped up in a plane is not! Move your body and get a great stretch with this short class that will leave you feeling energized and rejuvenated after a long flight. This is an all levels class with no props required so you can jump right into it!
This is my personal post-flight practice so I hope you will like it as much as I do :) It combines some of my favorite poses of all time like pigeon, low lunge, three legged dog and a wide legged forward fold. Enjoy!

Wow this is maybe the best 20 minute yoga class ever? All my favorite poses. Only thing I would add is turning to face your leg during the side stretch to release the low back a bit more. Thank you so much!

This is JUST what I needed! I've been travelling internationally for the past 4 weeks and all the flights, early starts, time zone changes and strange food has been wreaking havoc on my body. I tend to get very tight hips and have a temperamental lower back, so I got some very loud cracks from doing this LOL 😂 Thanks so much kassandra, you have just earned yourself a new yogi subscriber! 🙏❤️

Here I am a year later doing this same exact sequence after 30 hours flying from New Zealand to England. It’s still my go-to! Feel much less stiff now 🙏🌟
I’m on day 3 of jet lag and this is just what I needed! I had just woken up from falling asleep in the middle of the day 🙄 🤯 and I thought, yoga will fix this! Together with earthing which I have just discovered and will try to incorporate into my practice while it’s still summer here! Namaste Kassandra 🙏

I got home yesterday at 2 am from Pakistan, so I really needed this. 5 1/2 hour flight from pakistan to turkey, then a 10 1/2 hour flight from turkey to Washington DC. I stayed in DC for a night. Then a 4 1/2 hour flight from DC to Pheonix, and then a 2 hr flight from Pheonix to Salt Lake. This made me feel so much better after sitting around for so long!!!

Aaaaaaaahahahaha, I settled into do this lovely sequence, and when the first low lunge happened I didn't realise my cat was behind me on the mat! Sent my right leg back into her, and she attacked my ankle. I had to do the whole pose with her clinging on and nibbling my foot! It was a great challenge for concentration ;)
