I saw the drummer recently at the twin River casino and he looked good and so does mark hopefully the bas player looks good. That's why they should do one reunion tour for the thrill of it.and not to mention the money in selling out venues and making a video. They would be set for life financially. That would make up the loss they took in the beginning
Well said... they owe it to both the fans and themselves.
Thank you for sharing 😊
Thanks for watching!
Mark, it hadn't been Mark, without Don and Mel.power trio;of the best in the world, for ever
GFR together again 🇺🇸💪🙏🙏🙏
Mark is the best. I say the hell with those other guys. We don't need them. I met Mark in 1992 just me and my wife with him in his tour bus. I've always loved Mark.
Mark is Grand Funk!🤘🏼
I would love to meet Mark!I would give him an hug. Iam 68 and an half ❤
Man, Mark's voice is still fantastic. Mel, Don, drop your pride and get back together!!!!!
Heck, freakin be selfish and do it for the money!!!!!
Mark has been one of my neighbors for over thirty years. He is as kind and down to earth a family man as he is talented. I have never brought up or asked about old stories. I figure after fifty years, like how many times does he want to rehash ancient crap. Suffice it to say Mark is the real deal. No pretense or phony front, just a genuine, beautiful hearted man! ✌️
Love is unconditional, I can't not change the past, or live in the past. Hate, revenge I give it away to those who think they deserve it. My life is to light force of love, forgiveness I accept & give. My eyes are open to the hear & now the wonder of it all, a drug you can not buy or need I am free.
I'm going to pray for Mark. He is a Angel.
I’m seeing them tonight!
Yeah, like you speak of love making the 80s I think You prayed in Tucson with some other members at the gardens got to meet you cause I was working there I was I was drunk you are such a nice man you started riding me with you are still appreciate that about God’s word. it took me a while but I finally got home and started studying. It’s like it’s wonderful but you were my idol we had a band in the 90s and we played about your songs I seen you at least five times in Houston. I wish y’all would get back together for one more tour and I will pray. God bless you Mark Farner and your family. my name is Remy might remember might not but I’ll never forget love is all you need! God and Jesus so much I want to say, there’s so many generations that love Grand Funk!
Mark is a cool philosopher.
Some of the very last words David Cassidy uttered were:
"So Much Waisted Time"!
Fingers crossed. I never got to see them all together
Love Mark! Great interview
Thank you, :) Please subscribe and enjoy our playlists
Bruce said he was proud of playing Marks music because he admired his music so I think it’s the same with the singer also
It’s so frustrating as I get older the less I can hear. I wish the podcasts would turn up the volume on these shows so I can hear what their actually saying! Sorry for the rant 😢
You’re allowed to Rant! Thanks for being here!
Why can't GFR get back together? Drop the bad riff and let's start jamming. I grew up on their music. Friday nites cruising up and down Rivers Ave, N. CHASN, S. C. blaring their music. Man what memories... Mark love brother
Thanks for being here, please subscribe and join us when we are live
I'm from Spartanburg and get down to Charleston as often as possible. I love Charleston!
Well said Mark!
I enjoyed this very much. You are a good host and Mark has such a heart for Jesus and I am glad he has forgiven those who hurt him in the past. A great lesson for all of us . Personally I think the only way for a GFR reunion is if Mel and Don get saved like Mark did many years ago. Anyway thx for sharing this .
Thank you for being here! Always Love the feedback
Mark is so wise.
Their reunion is what I’m looking forward to.
Heartbreaker killed me 55 yrs ago and now yet,
I just love Mark! He lives up here in northern Michigan in God's Country!
Another great episode.
🙏 Thank you
I cut my teeth on GFR. They are why I practiced guitar! I'm no where near what I should be,. but playing makes me happy. GFR started it all for me. SO SAD to lose such a band. Keep trying Mark. We all have faith in you and the band.
"Dear Soul, Mind, and Body of Mark, Don, and Mel's Heart, Head, and Health, We Love You, We Honor You, We Appreciate You. You have the Power to Heal Yourself and Forgive.
DO A GOOD JOB! Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!, Love You, Love You, LOVE YOU!!!"
Amen
I must say that Yes it would be Great to see them together, You can replace a Drummer & Bass But you can’t Replace the Voice!!! Mark doesn’t need them!!! Because he is GRAND FUNK
