I lost a buddy to an accident like this, as a firefighter when I responded it killed me to see. The truck was coming through the break in the median of a 4 lane and my friend was driving down the road, he fell asleep at the wheel while transporting vials of blood for testing, his car hit under the trailer of the semi and killed him instantly, not even a month later I responded to a possibly suicidal person call, or a mentally ill person call, when we walked into the house we had found the truck driver dead on the ground with a note saying he couldn't handle knowing he took the life of an innocent person, but it wasn't his fault. Be careful to all of you truck drivers and other people out there, things get ugly in accidents like this, and I don't wish for anyone to have to see the product of something like this.
Only thing to learn from this is do not run from the police. The driver is lucky he wasn’t put in prison for vehicular manslaughter. He didn’t have any authority to stop another person. That makes him responsible by law.

ARE YOU F'N BLIND? OPEN YOUR EYES. THE TRUCKER DID NOTHING WRONG AT ALL. HE WAS JUST DRIVING ALONG, MINDING HIS OWN BUSINESS. THE CAR T-BONED HIM. THE TRUCK DID NOT CAUSE THE WRECK. THE MORON DID IT TO HIMSELF. THE CAR RAN A STOP SIGN. THE CAM CAR IS NOT IN THE CHASE. THE CAM CAR IS ON THE ROAD PERPENDICULAR TO THE CHASE. SEE DESCRIPTION THAT GOES WITH THE VID. "The story: The chase happened around 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 24, in Mentor, Ohio, according to the Mentor Patch.
Police say that 33 year old Scott PARADISO fled after pulling over for police, who suspected that the Jeep that he was driving was stolen. Authorities says the Paradiso pulled over briefly but took off when the police officer got out of his cruiser. As other officers pursued, PARADISO RAN A STOP SIGN AND CRASHED UNDER THE TRUCK'S TRAILER."
@@olddoug8945 Cool your jets and take your caps lock off. We all see what happened. Nobody in this comment is blaming the trucker. Not sure if you were trying to comment on someone else or what.
@@olddoug8945 Eesh, chill out, you over excited cretin. Nobody is blaming the trucker, it's immediately obvious that he couldn't have gotten out of the way no matter what, if some creature that crawled out from the shallow end of the gene pool crashes into him then it's the creature's fault alone.
That truck driver must of been Hella confused when that happened.
he sure came out kind of like, " hum, why did my trailer decide to make a left?" .
Poor dude is probably mentally and emotionally messed up after it...
"Weird, my trailer seems to have grown more wheels..."
Not only did he stop the police chase, he also stopped the criminals life
Imagine having to explain to your dispatch why you missed your appointment. I swear, I stopped a police pursuit when a guy decapitated himself under my skateboard
Hope it was worth running. Sure as hell doesn’t look it.
That’s one good looking profile picture 🐍 👍🏽
“Kids, what did you learn from this?”
“Don’t mess with a truck driver”
“That works too”
Only thing to learn from this is do not run from the police.
The driver is lucky he wasn’t put in prison for vehicular manslaughter. He didn’t have any authority to stop another person. That makes him responsible by law.
@@lookingbehind6335 I hate to call you a dumbass, but that car had enough speed to SWING A SEMI TRAILER around, that truck was heading straight and dude came out of the side street.
I love that the truck driver felt the need to turn on his emergency lights 😂😂
Safety first
I mean imagine he didn't and some idiot tools straight into the pile up
I think he's dead, trailer looks like its in the back seat

Emotional wreckage that will last long after the physical is dealt with. Poor bloody fool.
I’m losing my head!
The way he used those trailer brakes to swing that trailer out tho
He didn't. This cop wasn't chasing. Truck was going east bound through and intersection and jeep was running northbound at about 100mph
Rumor has it that Steve Urkel was driving the truck. He gets out and asked the police officer, “Did I do that???”

That took a few watches to see wtf happened. What threw me off was I kept thinking the front was the back lol.
Cops: we found the criminal... but his head got away
12 seconds later
Cop: we found the suspect's head on the back seat
Is/was he still a suspect ?
Took me a minute to see how the front end of the jeep was facing that way...the title sounds like the truck did it on purpose. I was thinking the video was from the chase vehicle and the truck pulled across the road. No the jeep comes in from the left side.
See here.
Yeah, the title sucks. Nice end result though.
Thought the same. Appreciate your post. A whole different perspective now and that's "holy f***"!
so semi was driving towards the police car, jeep runs the stop sign from left and swings the trailer around almost 180 degrees?
@@nocoolname32 yup.

I really hope that poor man's trailer didn't get damaged too bad.

we can agree with that. most likely.

In today’s society I wouldn’t be surprised if the family of the person in the car tried to sue the truck driver.
Correction: In today’s American society.
More like car chase stopped by flatbed. I’m sure the driver could have done without that BS. Now he has to be a witness, and that pays exactly zero CPM and no dollars per hour.
As far as I can tell he is in prison for vehicular homicide.
@@Night60700 I didn't think the states were that messed up, since the trucker did nothing except drive. You can clearly see in the video (if slowed down) and in many comments that the suspect hit the trailer from the side at an intersection and pushed the trailer about 120 degrees from its original.direction of travel. Not to mention that looking at the video, you can tell the Jeep hit from.the far side of the trailer because of the pile of roof on the far side etc.
