    Cut back on: Carbonated drinks, tomatoes sauce, tomatoes, onion, garlic, spicy food, including black pepper, fatty or fried food, alcohol, chocolate (including dark one), lemons, oranges, grapefruit.

      Cayenne pepper is recommended I heard with candida and h-pylori.
      Is that ok?

    I agree with this meal plan, but for extreme acid reflux it limit fruits, and low sodium smaller meals. Really simple things we don't want to do.

      That’s so true. I am so miserable right now and have been for weeks and I know what’s causing it, but there are a couple of things I’m having trouble letting go of. Coffee being the main one. I have ordered a low acid coffee from Amazon and I’m hoping that works because I love my coffee. 😩

    Definitely, it can help. Along with correcting the diet one should also go for herbal remedies like Planet Ayurveda's Amalaki rasayan.

    I have acid reflux 6 mths now and start losing a lot of weight idk what to do 😩

      Stop alcohol and caffein . This two are the worse.💪💪

      See a doctor. I stopped taking caffein 100%.( i dont take alcohol). I eat small portion. And take care of my diet. Its really big relief to me.

    Only problem is Mediterraneans drink plenty of wine and that is super GERD inducing lol
