Hello Dr Jason. I’m Dr Kamal from India and have been practising such Diabetic non medicinal protocols as you teach, since last many years and I’m happy to share that all of the patients are doing extremely well upon their sugars levels as well as diabetic state reversal. HbA1C 15 also has been normal after few months only. The most important precondition that I’ll say is patient should just be motivated and confident in himself about the possible reversal of Diabetes
And I would suspect the patient would also need environmental support.. from family/friends and community as far as having good dietary choices available.
@@AzaleaBee I make far-worse dietary choices than I used to make when I tried moderate caloric restriction. I'm also far-healthier, because I fast and I supplement with K2, which we're deficient in since the industrialization of food production. We should be mindful not to overcomplicate the issue.
Elevation of TG's and LDL have a genetic component too which can't be easily rectified without medicines. But maintaining the healthy way of life that you mentioned really is most important even with marginally raised lipid values
Thank you for your hard work and promotion of VALID techniques. Traditional, yes, but now backed by science a thousand times over. Some benefits of doing occasional extended fasting: High blood pressure is lowered to normal levels very quickly while fasting. Fibrosis/scarring is reversed over time. Fasting increases nitric oxide release. Fasting restores NAD+ to healthy levels. Vitamin D plasma levels are increased as fasting improves metabolic health, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy. Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion of bacteria, plaques and viruses by the immune system. It will also remove any 'foreign material' like spikes that are not supposed to be there. Whether natural or unnatural in origin.. Reflexes and short term memory are increased. Fasts from 36-96 h increase metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release! After 72 hours or more fasted, your body recycles up to 1/3 of all immune bodies, rejuvenating your entire immune system. Fasting can help with MS, Depression, BPD, Autism and seizures. Thymus is regenerated, which suppresses aging and renews the immune system. The thymus also plays a vital role in fighting cancer. Blood sugar and insulin are lowered when fasting, allowing white blood cells to move more freely throughout the body and do their job. Some viruses activate glycolosis (the release of sugar in the body) and clinically it has been shown that decreasing glucose metabolism in the body weakens the influenza virus. Weight loss from daily caloric restriction has 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight lost as lean tissue while many studies show fat loss from 36 h fasts without losing any lean tissue! The hunger hormone ghrelin also lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting. When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell required for viruses to replicate. What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast. Most teas and herbs are OK. Most supplements and meds will either break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many meds are dangerous to take while fasting. Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone. Fasting also increases insulin sensitivity, which helps with muscle building. Fasts of 36-96 will not affect short term female fertility or affect menstrual cycle. They also may increase long term fertility, especially in women with PCOS. Fasting reduces pain and anxiety by stimulating the endocannabinoid system in a similar way to CBD oil. Fasting very quickly reduces leptin resistance, which impairs immune function. Stomach acid is reduced over time while fasting and can allow for the healing of treatment resistant ulcers. Some patients may need continued acid reduction medication while fasting. Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No. Except for brief periods of very intense exercise, your body mainly burns fats in the form of free fatty acids. Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose. Fasting stimulates the AMPK complex and activates autophagy. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle foreign matter such as viruses and kill cancerous and senescent cells Lowering insulin via fasting virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body. It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism, fighting infection and cancer prevention! Fasting releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth. This can help a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers. When not in ketosis, the brain can only burn carbohydrate, which produces a great deal of damaging ROS the brain has to deal with. Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level. When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, destroying them. Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer. A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and extremely low carbs. Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness or tremors, then simply break the fast and seek advice. Amazes me you've been spreading these messages for well over a decade and there are still so many people who have never heard of any of this and can't comprehend scientific progress. You're awesome, keep it up!
Following your recommendations, over a period of one year, I have reduced my A1C from 11.1 to 5.3, eliminated Insulin injections, two diabetes meds and a blood pressure med, and lost 30lbs. I do Early Time Restricted Eating, low carb (less than 60g/day) walking after every meal for 10K steps per day. Using continuous glucose monitor has allowed me to fine tune my diet and stay 100% in bg target zone. Feeling real good!
Dr. Fung ....you saved my life. I did reverse t2d with your advice. Took me slmost a yr. A1c down from 9.5 to between 5.1-5.2. had ery swollen ankles, numbness in toes, severe beadaches every night, blurry vision. ALL gone after giving up all sugar (including artifoy sweetners) all processed foods. Found i need to keep carbs under 10g. Been OMAD for 2 yrs now with occasional 72 hr fast once a month. The 80 lb wt loss and fact that im off all meds except for levo for thyroid...these are just bonuses. 😊. I used my glucometer all day initially to see what i could /could not eat based on my bg readings.
Wow! So good to hear! Giving up highly processed "foods" (aka food-like substances) is so important. And kudos to you on OMAD. One full month of OMAD was harder for me than any extended fasts I've done.
First and foremost congratulations on improving your health so dramatically- how key was the purchase of the glucometer in achieving the results?? ( I’ve been thinking about getting one for myself for this reason)
In 1 year my A1C went from 8.6 to 5.3 and I lost 87 pounds so far by cutting sugar and regularly exercising. I've only experimented a little with fasting because eating 3 times a day and no snacks has already produced huge results. I also cannot stress enough the importance of community. I found one other person here on RUclips that I have connected with personally and also a coworker and I'll tell you they are the best things that have ever happened to me.
5 years ago I read "Obesity Code" being obese and experiencing more metabolic issues. Wow! Your book made a big difference, helping me overcome my issues. Thanks, Dr. Fung!
A year ago, I received a life-altering diagnosis of Type II diabetes. It was a wake-up call that prompted me to take control of my health. Through dedication to daily exercise and adopting intermittent fasting as a part of my lifestyle, I am proud to say that today, I stand as a testament to the power of these changes. My HbA1C is now at a healthy 5.1%, and my cholesterol levels are more than satisfactory. I encourage everyone to consider incorporating intermittent fasting, exercise, and a healthy lifestyle into their lives, as these changes have not only improved my health but have allowed me to reclaim my life.
Hai Dr Jason .I am from India.after reading the comments I felt very sorry for not thanking you. Your books gave me the courage to make life style changes to fight diabetes
Hello Dr Jason I am Dr. Sonal Arora Jerath. I practice in India.. I have been listening to you for almost 2 years now. I have started applyinh your protocols in my practice too. Pls keep posting vides .
I lost 70 lbs, and went from X-Large shirts to Medium. I am at 18 months and stable weight. I would like to drop another 10 lbs, and I know the final push is more than doable. Thanks Dr Fung, you literally have improved my health and life overall.
CONGRATULATIONS 👍. I just found Dr Fung. I am type II diabetes, and I believe it is all about what we eat, fasting and exercise to fix it. Do you use Splenda or Stevia? I noticed that when I get a coffee AM, right after the coffee with Splenda my sugar level goes higher like 30 points. Thank you 🌷
Thank you for your videos Dr. Fung. Life changing! I was able to bring my A1c down from 8.9 to 4.7 in six weeks. I thought I was dealt a life sentence with T2D. I feel great and motivated!
I am immensely grateful for all of your videos! They helped me transform my life! On July 6th, I learned that I had Type 2 Diabetes. My A1C was 10.7. On October 12th, I met again with my doctor and she told me that my new A1C score was 4.7… and I’m no longer diabetic!!! The doctor told me that she had never before seen such a dramatic A1C drop over a 3 month period. By the way, I have also lost 50 lbs in the last 3 months. In addition to cutting carbs from my diet, which lowered my insulin levels, I’ve employed your intermittent fasting methods. I worked my way up to daily 24 hour fasts and over the last few weeks I’ve added a 42 hour fast on weekends. That combination yields a weekly loss of 4.0 - 4.5lbs! My wife, who is less stringent about her carb cutting, has been doing 18 hour daily fasts and is down 35 lbs over the last 3 months! Thank you again for your expert advice. You have gained another very grateful & devoted fan!
Read the book(s) and give this a try, this really works. I'm 52 and have had T2D for over 20 years with medicine, insulin, etc always going up to try to keep down my A1C. Within weeks of starting OMAD fasting (first week of January this year) and closely monitoring my blood sugar with a CGM (and reviewing with my endocrinologist) I was able to stop taking all my diabetes meds (Lantus, Humalog, Metformin, Jardiance) . I actually had to because my blood sugar was going so low with the fasting and weight loss. Tons of other biomarkers have also improved (LDL, Triglycerides, etc). As of this writing I'm down 115 lbs and have an A1C of 4.7. Entered the year wearing 6X shirts and now wearing 2X. My PCP never talked to me about fasting, instead always preached portion control which honestly didn't work for me at all. I had no experience or awareness of IF and how effective and easy it was compared to all the over various diets I'd tried and failed through the years. I finally feel like I have the tools to do this and I'm in better shape/health than I've been in 30 years, and still have even better (and I'm convinced achievable) goals that I'm working towards. Can not recommend this enough, good luck and best health & wishes to all.
I am very grateful I met you through the Level2 program at work. My A1C went from 7.3 to 6.2 currently and I've lost 38lbs. I can't wait to complete my remission status. Now I am teaching others the same mindset. Thank you Dr. Fung! Positive Mindset is everything. 😊
You must have been very very heavy set to lose that much weight in a month. Either way Congrats and God Bless wishing you to attain even further successful achievements and goals with your new sustainable life style.
What!! I've been fasting longer and yet to see such results... that's crazy and these are the reasons that make me give up at times. Happy for you by the way .
I have been in Remission for 4 years using your info. My MDs are always like oh sure you did it by what you eat. They have my records right there and still ask me if I am taking any meds. They have my records right there. The numbers don't lie. My numbers are perfect now. BP, A1C, Triglycerides are perfect in the , I use a BG meter when I think Ive been eating to much. Very grateful for all the info and explanations.
Thank you Dr. Fung. I bought your books and in 9 months have gone from A1C of 7.4 to 6.0. Looking to go to low 5’s. My Dr. Didn’t think I could do it! Again, thank you!
9:20 "See you next week." I hope so. I miss your weekly short videos. I love your long lectures and your books. But your short videos are a fun and healthy reminder.
Thank you so much I was diagnosed with type 2 in March and I listen to you and by may I had managed to reverse it by doing the intermittent fasting and change my habit of eating so thank you So much
Life saving, I have reversed my newly diagnosed diabetes. I followed Dr, Fung’s advice and reversed it. HB1AC from 10.5 to between 4-5.8. Not doing so regular walk even. Yes I am not taking any medications.
What i learned so far, changing my eating habits, reverse the effect of diabetic. I manage to reduce my hba1c and my morning glucose is now 4.1-5.9 daily depending what i ate for dinner. I stop eating and snacking after dinner at 8pm. 12hr IF, no breakfast immediately after 8am. I drink lots water and fruits. Lunch will be light half cup of white rice, steamed brocolli, carrots, bak choy and stir fry toffu lightly with soy sauce. Toffu gets alternate with fish. Steamed vege sometimes with soup. Understanding your tutorials brought better health for me. Tqsm
love the way the good doctor explains this. easy to understand, and gives people hope. all you need is commitment, determination, the will to live. don't give up! you got this!
I used to take 70 units of insulin a day. I was not eating good. Now for 9 months I eat low carb. Now I don't take insulin, or any pills. I don't want to say I'm "cured", I just manage my type 2 with Diet now. I also lost 20 lbs went from 204 to 184 and still dropping. I also skip breakfast, and don't snack.
thanks for all the advice . my doctor was shocked down to my high school weight . last a1c 4.5 from 7.5 . I'm 72 and wanted to lose that 50 lbs for a long time. your tips really worked thanks again.
Hello Dr. Fung. Greetings from Ontario, Canada. First of all, Doctors rarely get the recognition they so whole-heartedly deserve from their patients. THANK YOU for all your dedication, efforts and your hard work providing the viewing audience with information and videos to keep us healthy. Health is wealth! MANY SINCERE THANKS, Dr. Fung. To date, I have lost 100 pounds by following a low carb diet and walking, walking, walking. I was a diabetic at one point, had cholesterol issues and high blood pressure. Since losing weight and following a low carb diet, I am off Metformin and cholesterol lowering medication. I am taking high blood pressure medication, but I'm hoping that in time I can get off of it. It was VERY difficult making lifestyle changes at first, but seeing the blood work results and feeling SO MUCH BETTER, makes it all worth it. 🚶♀🚶♀🚶♀🚶♀ May God always bless you and your family with good health, happiness and peace. 🙏🙏
@@jgrysiak6566 Hello J. Grysiak: My Doctor was mentioning that as I lose more weight, it will probably come down more. At one point, it was 210/100. Now, it varies anywhere from 120-140/80-90.
Thank you Dr. Fung for this new video and for all the scientific knowledge you share with us. I am currently reading your book, The Cancer Code, it is really helping me understand my current breast cancer diagnosis! I also have pre-diabetes and will be ordering The Diabetes Code!
Thank you thousands times your teachings Dr. Jason. Thanks to Jesus Christ for sending you with a big heart and generosity to help me. Thank you again Dr. Jason.
Great advice about Journalling. I bought some ready made pastry and real butcher sausages to let my grandchildren make their own sausage rolls. Hoever the were not able to visit. So you know I decided I would use up the pastry. I was in ketosis deep. Next morning bloated craving carbs so I decided to do eggs only for today and try to rid myself of that horrible craving. Then I can do a fast for a few days.Good to hear from you just when I need it.❤
Dr Fung: I am enjoying your 'Obesity Code' book for the second time. Like your RUclips presentations, it is logically coherent, thorough and persuasively evidence-based. In a word, inspiring (to the extent of 39 kilos so far). Shakespeare had some thoughts relevant to your recommendation of 'behavioural change'. “Tis in ourselves that we are thus or thus. Our bodies are our gardens, to the which our wills are gardeners: so that if we will plant nettles, or sow lettuce, set hyssop and weed up thyme, supply it with one gender of herbs, or distract it with many, either to have it sterile with idleness, or manured with industry, why, the power and corrigible authority of this lies in our wills." (Othello)
You always provide useful and fact based advice, but today’s was extra special to hear. Thank you for this Amazing advice. I am a certified a health and life coach and i have seen people change their habits in a very short time and keep it. Thank you again!
once i broke free from the brainwashing and also realizing my GP's advice was going to kill me I did my own research, used my brain, and ended up trying carnivore. In only 6 months I lost 60lbs and completely revered metabolic syndrome. All my blood markers went back to normal when so many of them were really bad. My gp looked at me stunned after looking over my blood results and asked what Id done, I told him I went 100% carnivore and he said "I want you to stop that, its not healthy, I want you to at least consume some fiber" and that's when I got a stunned look on my face. Just because someone is a doctor doesnt mean they have any clue what theyre talking about nor does it mean they're actually capable of thinking for themselves.
What a stupid thing to say. Your doc should be ashamed of himself. Luckily my hubby's gp told him to keep doing what he's doing even though his TC and LDL are very high.
Hi. Doctor. I have been watching your videos for a couple of weeks now. What's amazing is how great our prophet Mohamed is. Our prophet used to fast Mondays and Thursdays and 3 days of each month, usually the 13th,14th and 15th. He said(sws): No man fills a container worse than his stomach. A few morsels that keep his back upright are sufficient for him. If he has to, then he should keep one third for food, one third for drink and one third for his breathing.
Thank you Dr Fung! Your information is helping me greatly, both your videos and the Diabetic Code book. I bought a large calendar book and write what I eat before taking a reading and it’s very helpful. I am working up to the 36 hour fast. I wish my insurance would pay for a CGM.
❤ except #4. It's important to specify which 'carbs' we are talking about. And the addition of fat increases the insulin resistance to the 'good' carbs you do eat. For me, I focus on whole, fiber rich carbs such as fruits, veggies, and whole grains (typically 300-500 grams per day). Physical activity is the best way to sponge up the over flow of glucose in the blood.
Grains are the worst thing to put in the diet, and carbs are totally unneeded. And modern fruits and vegtables have more sugar and almost zero nutrition due to depleted soil and irradiation and toxic wax coverings (even if it says organic).
Your the lucky one fruits jus t turn to sugar in my body. Grains are you speaking about the husk of the grains or the ones with all the good stuff removed. Packaged and the label healthy whole grain on the side of it. Can't eat those just turns to sugars for many of us.😊
@@jgrysiak6566 I could not eat those as a young woman I ate whole wheat bread and potatoes and cereal either porridge or bran. I ate low fat and margarine and salads with a slither of meat or fish. I ate low fat yogurt and cottage cheeses. I counted points, calories or weighed food. I was constantly thinking about food orca diet or on a scale or out exercising. When I became b12 deficient I was advise to eat red meat. That has been the most wonderful release. No more constant thoughts about food. I could not go back to the madness of feeling hungry and obsessed about meals.

You have changed my life! Now I’m going to take it to the next level with a CGM. I also need to lower my carbs. I also do OMAD too much. I need to change it up since my weight loss has stalled. You and your team are fabulous!
Hi, are you on any diabetes medication? Shorter fasting times worked for me for weight loss until it didn't. Moving to longer fasts 36+ hours was absolutely key for me.
@@AzaleaBee thank you! Yes…I have been listening to The Fasting Method podcasts and working on getting to 36 hours! Also trying to find the best CGM to try!
Me too! I am asking my GP for a CGM, even if I have to pay for it. My A1C is 5.9, and I want to get it down to 5.0. I have essentially eliminated sugar, I exercise six days a week (for 1/2 hor each day), and eat OMAD, the majority of the time. I refuse to become diabetic! Thank you, Dr. Fung
One of the best things I've done on weight loss is watch more Dr Fung and less cooking shows. Sounds simple, but it's so much easier to change my focus on fasting and achieving thinness by not looking at people cooking foods that did not serve me in the past.
I have been following this protocol for two and a half years to reverse type 2 DM. Starting with strict Keto and then transitioning into about 90% carnivore with occasional brassica vegetables with intermittent fasting. I am not seeing the same results as others do. Even though I lost a lot of weight, my muscles are wasting away and my glucose readings remain very high (180s-350s) even with extended fasts. Tests were run and insulin production is normal to high so I am not type1 DM. A genetic test revealed 100 percentile for mitochondrial heteroplasmy. I am currently seeking medical diagnosis/treatment along that front. Mitochondrial diseases, from what I have read, can manifest itself as diabetes but is actually more along the lines of profound insulin resistance. Anyway, even though I would love a response from you, I understand the reticence of medical professionals to lean into any diagnostic type advice. I am mainly posting this for that small percentage of your audience, that like me, have done everything espoused by the Low Carb-Keto-Carnivore RUclips Dr. Community and still manifest high blood sugars and atypical results in the expected changes that they preach. Maybe this will help other people to seek genetic testing to identify late-onset conditions that fall through the cracks of the main-stream medical mill.
@jgrysiak6566 I'm not sure why you responded to my comment with what you wrote, it seems to be a non sequitur. Nevertheless, I disagree with your assertions. Natural agriculture where animals are grazed on grass is very clean. It is the vegetable oil, vegetable farming practices using tillage, pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers, which is what actually causes the damaging pollution...not grazing ruminants.
@@TgWags69 , no its the slaughter houses, the polluting of our rivers & streams from animal waste & pollution of processing. What about all the thousands & thousands of turkeys & chickens & pigs that were killed in the last NC hurricane. ??
Tested my bloodsugar a month or so ago and it was 300+. Went 20carbs a day for a week and it did nothing to change my blood sugar. I fasted for a week and it dropped about 30 a day until it wouldnt go below 120-140. Im now on about 0-10 carbs a day and one meal a day and will fast again soon. waitin to see what will happen. Hopefully it will go lower soon. I also have a tendon/arm injury which might be keeping my blood sugar up as well.
@@angelaraj8692 , I loaded the My Fitness Pal app to my phone. I pay for the upgrade so I can track my intermittent fasting and scan barcodes. I don’t eat too much packaged food so scanning isn’t a huge part but I do have some so it’s worth it to pay the cost of the app for tracking of fasting and scanning. I also try to keep my carbs to 130 grams or less per day. Sometimes I even shoot for 50 grams or less. But mainly I count calories and keep carbs low by choosing protein or fatty foods such as avocado, macadamia nuts, nut butters, olive oils and avocado oil. My calorie count varies but I’m generally 12-1400/day Finally, I walk minimum of 4 miles a day, sometimes 8-10 miles per day and do various weight training videos.

I live in Australia and most doctors do not believe it is possible to reverse type 2..
Metformin is the way to go so it seems...
Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle foreign matter such as viruses and kill cancerous and senescent cells
Lowering insulin via fasting virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body.

Great story! But a1c doesn't matter. How's your triglycerides HDl and fasting insulin? That'll tell you *everything*
Very good! Consider also adding some taurine to your diet as well, which will also help undo the damage and reduce insulin resistance.
U are iodine deficient, that's why u are low thyroid!
First and foremost congratulations on improving your health so dramatically- how key was the purchase of the glucometer in achieving the results?? ( I’ve been thinking about getting one for myself for this reason)
End of day 20 of my 40 Days/40 Nights water fast.
Down 26lbs 😊
In 1 year my A1C went from 8.6 to 5.3 and I lost 87 pounds so far by cutting sugar and regularly exercising. I've only experimented a little with fasting because eating 3 times a day and no snacks has already produced huge results. I also cannot stress enough the importance of community. I found one other person here on RUclips that I have connected with personally and also a coworker and I'll tell you they are the best things that have ever happened to me.
hey, did you go down from 8.6 to 5.3 with no medication as well?
What kind of diet are u on?
I'd love to know more about your journey. 💪🙏🙌

CONGRATULATIONS 👍. I just found Dr Fung. I am type II diabetes, and I believe it is all about what we eat, fasting and exercise to fix it.

Thank you for your videos Dr. Fung. Life changing! I was able to bring my A1c down from 8.9 to 4.7 in six weeks. I thought I was dealt a life sentence with T2D. I feel great and motivated!

Same question how did you do in just 6weeks

You have gained another very grateful & devoted fan!
wow impressive!!
Portion control works for almost no one. I suppose doctors are always looking for someone who can lose weight doing that.
Doing OMAD for more than a month now and lost 35 lbs. Fantastic! Thanks Dr. Fung!❤
“Tis in ourselves that we are thus
or thus. Our bodies are our gardens, to the which
our wills are gardeners: so that if we will plant
nettles, or sow lettuce, set hyssop and weed up
thyme, supply it with one gender of herbs, or
distract it with many, either to have it sterile
with idleness, or manured with industry, why, the
power and corrigible authority of this lies in our
wills." (Othello)

Hi.

Can't eat those just turns to sugars for many of us.😊
No white sugar or white flour. Eat lots & lots of potatoes, yams, sweet potatoes, whole grains & whole grains pasta, beans, peas, lentils & corn.
@@jgrysiak6566the things you say to eat a lot of are moderate to high carb and some are inflammatory. Not a good idea.

I could not eat those as a young woman I ate whole wheat bread and potatoes and cereal either porridge or bran.
Thank you so much Dr Fung for sharing, it help me lot...
I love the way you explained this...definitely makes more sense!
I am kinda trust my doc since he said the same thing but not in details. Gonna do keto diet and let's see if it will reverse my insulin resistance
Thank you so very much for your presentations. Your information has helped me tremendously 🏆🏆
A simple plan. I love it. Thanks
Thank you very much dr Fung
Thank you Dr. Fung, it sounds so simple and straightforward ❤

Another awesome video from Dr. Fung ❤❤❤
Thank you. This is so helpful, clear and, above all, motivating!
10:00 In 2021 criteria for diabetes 2 remission.. thank goodness my husband didn't wait for science or his doctors. He did it on his own and against doctors and nutritionists INCORRECT advice.
Daibetes assc takes money from coca cola and many others, that says it all about what they promote.
@@LTPottenger Absolutely. We are still in this by ourselves... but thank goodness the internet is available for people to easily do their own research and connect.
Hi,dr.jason good to see you
You have changed my life!
@@dccharpentier Good for you!!! The Fasting Method podcasts are a godsend. Be kind to yourself and eat well (healthy and enough) when you do eat.
Fung
Great sir. I follow you without knowing it.
I eat with mind not with hunger
One of the best things I've done on weight loss is watch more Dr Fung and less cooking shows. Sounds simple, but it's so much easier to change my focus on fasting and achieving thinness by not looking at people cooking foods that did not serve me in the past.
Thank you 💕 very much for the unpaid information that is life saving.
Excellent information. Thank you.
Carnivore diets are very expensive today. We are polluting our environment with animal agriculture! It's the 2nd worst polluter after auto exhaust!

Great information, thank you Dr Fung!
Reversed my A1C from 7.0 to 5.3 without meds. Down over 40 pounds.
What was your journey like
@@angelaraj8692 , I loaded the My Fitness Pal app to my phone.
My calorie count varies but I’m generally 12-1400/day
Finally, I walk minimum of 4 miles a day, sometimes 8-10 miles per day and do various weight training videos.
👍 great job on this Dr.Fung.
