Emirates is the secretly the worst airline nowadays. Some people, including me on my second return flight to America from the UAE experienced lagged out TVs for inflight entertainment and broken recliners, I couldn't get a proper sleep onboard for the whole flight. The legroom is the worst aboard. The food was very bad. The airline is going downhill as a fact. Avoid working or riding with this airline. I never experienced anything bad any other airline such as United, Qatar, Etihad, or Lufthansa.
Yes it's the worst airline I booked the round trip ticket to Dubai from Mexico city. Their application said they would send me email of confirmation. But I have never received it except spams. But I saw that my reservation was done in the application, so I did not contact with them. But later I couldn't fly, I wanted to cancel or apply for refund. Then I realized they didn't even leave an number to contact. I went to the airport for solution, but only received a card of the information of their service center, with a telephone number. I tried to call but they asked for a password. I also tried to get refund on the application, but they also asked for a code which I don't know at all. I guess all those information should be sent to me. So now there is no way that I can solve my problem.
Emirates buy planes that are cheap and with lots of space and pack there economy and first class then put the rest as business class and charge $19000 for business class when it should be $8000 and charge $1900 for the same seats but further up in flight and charge $170 for extra leg room which is worth it but it still cost $1000 when the seats should be $500-800
If you used a credit card to pay for your flight (not a debt card) you can dispute the charge with the credit card company . Google passengers rights you are entitled to more money than what you paid for. Have you disputed the charge with the airline, did you pay for trip insurance
All airlines are required to issue a refund for flights canceled by the airline regardless of the reason according to DOT mandate.. So call them again and inform them that they're required to issue your money back.. So long as you request a refund due to their cancelation., they MUST issue it..
Thats real bro the tvs on emirates were super laggy the food tasted like absolute trash and the business class IS SO SO OUTDATED THEY PROBABLY DIDNT CHANGE THERE INTIERIOR SINCE THE 2000s LIKE LITERALLY and thats why i fly etihad bro like etihads business class is so much better than emirates first class LIKE IM BEING TRUE AND EMIRATES ECONOMY CLASS IS WAY TO EXPENSIVE I COULD GET A BUSINESS CLASS SEAT FROM MOST AIRLINES FOR A EMIRATES ECONOMY TICKET
I assume there is a problem with Emirates fleets as well because they are out of date, overvalued or overrated. Emirates isn't aware of updating its fleet. Based on the law, recording is also strictly forbidden in the UAE (where Emirates Airlines is situated) and particularly inside the airline. Why not Try other ME3 Airlines like Qatar Airways or Etihad Airways if you have trouble flying Emirates Airlines? They surely guarantee me a better flight experience. As a frequent traveler on Etihad Airways for eight years, I never experienced a bad flight, and Qatar Airways is excellent too.
Emirates is a flight for poor people to think there rich and for rich people and have same landings as any other airline but economy sucks and business class double price for same thing as anything else so emirates sucks
Emirates also do not have any alliance, so normally other airlines will get you in first flight with other airlines as alliance member, emirates only love themselves, arent they. I am really sorry for you, they are crap, we never want to stay with their crews cause they make always incidents
thank you for sharing but I think you have to be a little fair something like this can happen with any airline I had much worst experiences with United,DELTA, and American however that doesn't justify their unprofessionalism and yes you cant record in the plane however some cabin crews are flexible but not all you can film yourself and your food or whatever but not others you have to ask them first and also the white lady who was next to you she had some issues I mean look at the way she is talking and acting she had some kind of mental issues but crew who spoke with her was nice and caring something again you cant find on US carriers and speaking of refund call them and tell them to refund and tell them you didn't receive it and again if it doesn't work take them small claim court or other court they get the money to deliver service not taking money doing nothing also next time never book flight with 2 stop always try to fly with one stop and next time take Asian carrier instead of Emirates or take Qatar which is much better emirates used to be number one but not anymore however if you want fly emirates you should fly with their Airbus 380 jumbo jet those are nice I hope it helps you.
Too bad you had a bad experience. I've flown with them hundreds of times and had a delay 1 time, which they made up for during the flight and we landed on time regardless. Their staff are always super helpful and accommodating, and their fleet is definitely one of the best in the commercial business. I've flown with many other airlines as well, and can say with confidence that Emirates, Etihad, Qatar and Singapore are the top for comfort and professionalism. P.S. The UAE has a privacy law where you are not allowed to take pictures or record people without their permission, punishable by 6 months jail time and up to $136,000 fine. That's why Lindsay Lohan chooses to live in Dubai ;) It was nice of the crew to politely ask you to stop instead of reporting.
Seems like a fluke. I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences flying Emirates. And I’m not an influencer. The people working for them have the right to privacy and to not be filmed by strangers, just like you do. Getting filmed isn’t part of their already demanding job.

its because those are one of they're older planes
Worst airline i’ve ever used too, Singapore has been the best
Lufthansa is more better than Emirates. Qatar Airways rules too.
I wouldnt let that go…I would sue. File a lawsuit. I heard 50/50 reviews about them….

Wow absolutely ridiculous
Did you get your money back eventually ?
I ended up getting my money back 6 months later through disputing it with the credit card company because Emirates wouldn’t budge.
