I love how comfortable and transparent you are. I am young adult female and I am not going through any particular journey, but I think anyone can learn from you. You are a great example of someone who should follow gut feeling regardless of how others might feel. :)
I've always been very scared and unsure about having lower surgery because I wasn't sure if I'd be able to orgasm or feel the feelings I have when having sex now. But seeing you talk about it really makes me feel more like it's a possibility for me. I'm very uncomfortable with my lower half. I even wear boxers underneath my strap on because I'm so insecure. Me and girlfriend had sex for 3 months before she finally just grabbed me and explored even when I was not 100% sure but she really helped me feel more comfortable with myself. I don't even like taking baths because I can't look down. But you talking about having feelings and the looks being okay and watching your smile really inspires me to possibly just do it. I'll be starting t soon. It's scary because I'm terrified of needles. Sorry for the long comment. Have a good day
Never apologise, Im honoured you shared that with me. You are not alone in having these concerns, I had them too but I was fortunate to find trans men that had the surgery and were very happy and that helped me to make my mind up. I would say at this stage of your transition just take it one thing at a time, once you start T things will change a lot in how you feel about yourself so just concentrate on that for now. Your girlfriend sounds like a great support. Good luck my friend!
☯Im in the very beginning of my ftm transition. No hormones. No testosterone. I am also a freelance artist/writer/creator. I loved your video, gives me more comfort in moving forward in my surgery. I knew I was doing hormones for sure, yet your confidence and celebration of your Jr. makes me really excited to be the full man I've always known myself to be... I look forward to connecting one day.
How lovely to meet you, hello! Welcome to the journey, strap in tight! So good to meet someone doing the same as me, would love to chat more! Thanks for your really lovely comments too :)
My wife and i were very curious about ftm gender reassignment not for personal experience but curiousity and you brought so much lightto the situation and answered so many questions. Good for you for putting tbis out there for young trans guys to look too!
Thank you for sharing and congrats on a positive experience for bottom surgery I was always not sure if that was really what I wanted to go through but seeing how others go through and talking about there experience really makes me want to keep that door open I really don't think I would be happy without bottom surgery but I know it is a very major surgery and many of them but I am concerned I really hoping that after top surgery and being on t for at least six months I would really like to look for love again it just hard when u do not love yourself my partner of 10 years just passed away in July and having a tuff time the last 3 days it's such a major change but I am glad I am trans because that's what I am living for right now
I am so sorry to hear this my friend, I am not surprise that you are finding yourself reevaluating things. Just take it easy, be gentle with yourself and make sure to get some support. Much love
You are so very generous to share your experiences so openly. I know people who are so thankful for your honesty straightforward talk. Thank you. I'm not surprised it's different with someone else's touch as I find that true myself. I think it's something to do with why we can't tickle ourselves. Something about the brain anticipating our own touch or something. Anyway, thank you, Love, and much happiness to you!
thank you so much for sharing this!!!! there are so many myths that need to be debunked about lower surgery for us transmasculine folk. and these myths leave people scared to even go into thinking about the procedure. seeing people like you and others that share information like this creates so much hope and positivity for this aspect of our community!!! instantly subscribed to your channel
I absolutely agree my friend which is exactly why I share. It isnt an easy surgery and its not problem free but it is highly successful and the majority of trans folk go on to live very happy lives with their new member! I used to believe all the awful myths too which is what stopped me going forward for a long time. Thanks my friend!

BUT, I was scared that I wouldn't feel anything or anything, BUT THIS VIDEO HAS RESTORED MY FAITH IN SURGERY, BLESS FINN JR. And not only did this aid in helping me be more open to bottom surgery, It made me feel more comfortable talking about it and exploring it. THANK YOU FINN.

I'm so happy for you! I've been on t for only 7 months now (and has time flew, omg) and although I don't plan on getting any surgery for a while still, I did have questions about some of the surgeries and what happens as time goes on- and you've actually answered a few of them in this video! You’re so funny! You’re a great storyteller and are very animated. During back surgery, the neurosurgeon “accidentally” severed a major nerve that affected motor and sensory function from my waist down to my toes on the left side. That was over ten years ago. Luckily I have gained a fair bit of feeling and motor function from what it was initially like. I took years for the changes to occur. It definitely is no where like it was before the accident, but I have had additional injuries to the nerve and a large buildup of scar tissue where the nerve was severed, which is different from your situation. Although it’s two different parts of the body, we’re still dealing with nerves. I wouldn’t expect any major changes in your sensation, but I think there’s still a possibility for improvement.
+Jane Doe wow l am so sorry this happened to you. It must have been one hell of a mountain to climb dealing with that. Bodies are amazing things how they can heal and adapt. Thank you for sharing that with me and thank you for the lovely compliment!!
@@waitwhatdidimiss65 Nope, didn’t sue the doctor. You’d think with the doctor even admitting that he severed the nerve, it would be an easy malpractice case. But, you’d be wrong. It’s actually much more difficult to sue for malpractice than you’d think.
in regards to you talking about phallus sensation, you will find majority of men gain more sensations from another persons hands rather then their own. It's because you are more used to your own nerve connections.
I'm just about to get my top surgery done, and hysterectomy later this year. I've been feeling quite negative about the possibility of phalloplasty because..I fear I'd end up with an ugly, numb and limp sausage down there. You talking about yours and your sensation is making me consider phalloplasty again. Also you are nice to listen to :D very genuine.
You're so lovely! Thanks for sharing. You went through a big surgery bro and it’s going to all come together in the end. Very brave brave of you to share. Thank you so much.
Thanks my friend. They can take skin from other areas but using forearm skin gives the best overall results in terms of what I wanted from the surgery and its been very much worth it for me so far. As for my self harm, I see them in a positive way now, they are marks of survival. Life is so much better these days! "for the son to rise again he must go through hell to see what the darkness has done " :)
Hi Finn Very good video on this i always did wonder what it would feel like! Thank you for sharing. I’m ftm trans but not out I have an extremely feminine body/bone structure and large breasts, so it would be a major undertaking for me I think. I had no idea what bottom surgery entailed.
Bless you, its hard in the beginning, I couldnt imagine myself actually looking like the man I saw inside my head, but here he is! Just take it all one day at a time. If I can ever help, you can find more content, info etc on my website finlaygames.com
@@amandanimal813 pleasure! Unfortunately had to take the tumblr down as they started banning adult content! But, theres a ton of awesome info on my blog which you'll hopefully find usefull
When you say buried underneath do you mean like literally incased inside the new penis or right below the penis directly exposed? Asking as insurance covers genital reconstruction now and need a frame of reference.
No , not inside the penis itself (some surgeons do offer this option but not here in the UK) mine is directly bellow the base of the penis, in the UK, we can choose to leave it exposed or to have it tucked away under a fold of skin. You can still feel it and access it and it hasn't changed my ability to orgasm, in fact, it has improved mine!
Thank you for sharing I really have one question...How long did it take you after surgery until you could come again? I just left hospital with my new junior if you know what I mean and I'm scared that I will never be able to again
+C. Rage don't worry you will indeed be able to. There was a lot going on after stage one so l didn't even try for the first 8 weeks and when l did I had no problem
Thanks for sharing , you're the first FTM English person I have seen on RUclips ❤️ Is the surgery done at a London hospital or somewhere close to where you live ?
+KAREN FAGIOLI hello my friend. There are a fair few of us Btits about. The surgery Takes place in 3 London hospital and one on slough. The one you are admitted too varies
FinnTheInfinncible I know they do the ops at UCLH ( my hospital for bladder/kidney probs). Wrexham Park Slough ? I’m down the road in Rickmansworth . Going to watch the rest of your vids now !!!
I love my Carl junior also. I did not bury my little man but yet he has become a part of my entire organ and I love both equally, yet as one. No one would understand this but my trans brothers and I am so thankful for my brothers. Life is good, and sex better!!
I was using Aldara cream for PPP and unfortunately it didn't help only made things worse with contractor scars have you any advice for treating the contractor scars?
Im not famiiar with that type of scar, however, I would imagine that massage and oils would be of the same benefit as with any scar, have you tried kelocote?
It's the massage rather than the oil that makes the most amount of difference. That being said, you want to choose an oil which is a pure as possible as you don't want nasty chemicals in yr skin. I personally use and love, tamanu oil, rosehip seed oil and castor oil
Yes there isn't a lot of info on massage for this, l did research around general scar massage. The important thing is to start gently, using small circular motions, just working along and accross the scar. As long as there is no pain, you can use greater pressure
+Lord Cyber Ram I would think it likely has a medical term. However, Gender dysphoria is specifically related to the incongruity felt between ones body and ones gender
I wonder if it feels better than with a vagina? In general? Or if you can tell it would if you had the full sensation? Or can you not tell r/t dysphoria or something else? Or does it not feel like it would if you were born with it? I’m curious lol
Its ok to be curious! It is indeed better than with a vagina as the dysphoria is less and so even without full sensation yet, the experience of sex and intimacy is much more fullfillling and enjoyable. My penis has always felt like mine since I opened my eyes after my first surgery and it does indeed feel like I was born with it.
So... what I do understand is that the scar will never desipire ( sorry to Ask the question i speak french so i dont understand everything of the video )
Hi Finn. I am on nhs waiting list for about a year till 1st GIC appointment. Did you have phallo on nhs? It's my ultimate ambition but I worry that I won't be able to have phallo on nhs... is this just normal worry or will they see it as necessary as t and top surgery? Please help if you can.
Madeline Smith oh yes most definitely. what I'm talking about though is the head of the penis itself. that was created at a later stage and does seem to have lost some of its fullnesa
So id say im still trying to understand things and get my questions answered. Im pre T rn but i do get scared thinking about bottom sergury bc i worry about sex and insecurities with looks. You said something about stages. So does that mean you need touch ups on Jr? To make it what? More detailed . Sorry im just confused and not many trans guys talk on this topic
Hello my friend, early days the transition process can seem massive and overwhelming, try to take one thing at a time if you can, I know its so easy to get excited and impatient and jump ahead! There are different types of lower surgery and different choices within those types. The kind Im having is radial forearm phalloplasty. I made a vlog about the stages which may be helpful to you. ruclips.net/video/_TPiO8meQwU/видео.html
Just so I don’t get attacked, I’m asking in the most respectful way, I am genuinely wanting to educate myself about the subject. Please don’t take my asking in the wrong way! Im a straight female who doesn’t know much about the process of transitioning regarding gender reassignment surgery but have always been genuinely curious about learning about the surgical procedures. Googling procedures you get some information but it’s never from the individuals point of view and it’s never descriptive or written in a way for people, like myself, who aren’t aware of the terminology used in the trans community, can understand. I’ve been looking for a blog or a site that shows step by step with pictures the process and the outcome , before and after of gender reassignment. The different kinds of procedures possible, because I’ve read there are different ways to achieve gender reassignment depending on an individuals beginning stage. So I am genuinely curious to know if there is a blog, website, or something similar where I can read and educate myself about the subject? Thanks in advance! Again, I don’t mean any disrespect by asking. I honestly am interested in learning about the subject. I come from a medical family and anything having to do with medicine really interests me, and this subject is just one that unfortunately doesn’t have very much detailed information on the internet about for people in my shoes who don’t understand the process and would like to see images and descriptions of the process (ex: the inflation device that was mentioned in the video and how it works, does it have to be manually operated, etc) I have many questions when it comes to this topic and all have to do with the medical aspects of it. None of it has to do with political crap. Which, by the way, if anyone MUST know, I don’t judge and I say be your true self, whoever that may be. Life is too short and too precious to live unhappily. So if anyone knows of any blogs, websites, or other outlets I can find information on to educate myself that would be so helpful! Thank you again in advance :)
It saddens me that you think you would be attacked for asking questions. I am always happy to answer anything which is asked in a respectful and considerate manner. Blogs are hard to find for a good reason. So many people focus on our surgeries as the thing that defines us as the gender we feel ourselves to be but that is not the case at all. Our changed bodies just better reflect us. Also, people target surgical blogs written by trans guys and so for these reasons written accounts are kept secret and hidden. There are plenty of medical sites and videos detailing the procedure if you google phalloplasty

They can take skin from your thigh or an area from your back I believe but the arm is best
Love you finn. Thank you for being so open.
+running bull thank you for the appreciation my friend!

+Merel 1379 thank you lovely. No news yet. I shall be chasing it up next week!
Hi Finn Very good video on this i always did wonder what it would feel like! I haven't found any other videos that are close to the depth of detail you go into in yours - thanks for sharing, you've really been a help to me. I recently watched your Top Surgery videos and they were a great help to me even though i'm not going with Mr Yelland.
+Maiden Voyage Fitness thank you buddy. I'm just so very glad they help! I'm halfway through writing a blog post which goes into much more detail about the feeling. I'll give you a heads up when it's done 😁

Have you written a book? If not have you considered it? I'd buy it so fast! I've read "Hung jury" like three times already.
+Jake Harvey I'm on it!
Okay... I remember watching your videos when you first got stage 1, how the heck has it been 2 years?? I'm sorry it hasn't been very easy, I really hope all the problems are behind you!

*OH MY GOD*
😂 me too, Finn, me too
Just discovered your Chanel, already subscribed
Margaux E yay! welcome!! love a new Finnfam member!!!
Congrats man!
That's awsome damn ! Your videos are so helpful!!
+Dylan myrick that makes me so happy. Thank you!!
i wish i had a friend like you!

That's ok! I need to update this. I now have a different website which you can find here finlaygames.com
FinnTheInfinncible thanks!!
@@amandanimal813 pleasure! Unfortunately had to take the tumblr down as they started banning adult content! But, theres a ton of awesome info on my blog which you'll hopefully find usefull
The intro was sooo cute 👍
Thank you so.much!!!
I saw this in my recommendations
my name is also finn and I'm trans too haha the transfinn squad
subbed
Lol hello! Loving your user name!
hello ! thank you lol
Maybe you could have an auto transplant/injection of fat into the glans. I really hope all ends up exactly as you want it!
+zelandonia that's exactly what I am thinking. I'm going to chat to my surgeon about it before the final stage
I just stumbled across your videos and have to say your so handsome. So proud of you being yourself.😍🥰🤤😊
And you are so kind! Thank you!
FinnTheInfinncible your welcome
You're so cute! So happy for you♥️
+Star Gonzalez ah thank you!
Hi fin glad things are going well
+Lord Cyber Ram thank you
Thank you for sharing I really have one question...How long did it take you after surgery until you could come again? I just left hospital with my new junior if you know what I mean and I'm scared that I will never be able to again
+C. Rage don't worry you will indeed be able to. There was a lot going on after stage one so l didn't even try for the first 8 weeks and when l did I had no problem
OK, Thanks a lot :)
+KAREN FAGIOLI I has my first stage at that hospital. Grab yourself some popcorn 😁😁
Your arm scar looks incredible. Is it a split thickness or full thickness graft?
Thanks my friend. The london team here only uses full thickness grafts
You guys are so fucking strong i just cant imagine!!!!
Bless you, thank you
wow...whoever gets you as their LTR is gonna be one lucky person! I'd totally date you in a heartbeat!
Ah bless you! I am honored! I do now have a man in my life, a most wonderful surprise !
@@FinnTheInfinncible is there a specific best oil to use for massaging?
It's the massage rather than the oil that makes the most amount of difference. That being said, you want to choose an oil which is a pure as possible as you don't want nasty chemicals in yr skin. I personally use and love, tamanu oil, rosehip seed oil and castor oil
@@FinnTheInfinncible thank you tough enough area to know how to properly massage
Yes there isn't a lot of info on massage for this, l did research around general scar massage. The important thing is to start gently, using small circular motions, just working along and accross the scar. As long as there is no pain, you can use greater pressure
I'm new here, but I adore you already!
Aw thank you! Welcome to our rapidly growing FinnFam!
touchy feely good how much more do you endure
Omg I saw you at beautiful days!!
+leo gtfdown you did??!
FinnTheInfinncible yeah I recognised your face and then I saw your top 😅
You’re rad!!!
Why thank you!
Is there such a thing fir sis guys to have penus disoriah ie someone go down on them?
+Lord Cyber Ram I would think it likely has a medical term. However, Gender dysphoria is specifically related to the incongruity felt between ones body and ones gender
Hi fin your right am glad all is going ok.
You are so awesome :) gonna go and check your other videos :) cheers
Ah yay! Thank you!
Im super late but how long did you wait for the second stage ?
It's hard to answer this now as timings have now changed a lot, l think mine was about 6 months
SUCH A SMART AND FUNNY GUY!!!
+ChoiSeung1987 oh thank You!
You are absolutely adorable. That smile is just so bright. I would definitely hang out with you
+XxItalianVampPrinces ah l would love that!
FinnTheInfinncible awe that just made me smile.
I really hope I can get phallo in the future, I just need money and time. How much did it cost you? Congrats man!
Over here in the UK its covered by our NHS healthcare, I realise how blessed we are with that
FinnTheInfinncible Amazing, bro! Do you know if a hysterectomy is safe?
If its done by a qualified surgeon yes it is.
So... what I do understand is that the scar will never desipire ( sorry to Ask the question i speak french so i dont understand everything of the video )
Hi Finn. I am on nhs waiting list for about a year till 1st GIC appointment. Did you have phallo on nhs? It's my ultimate ambition but I worry that I won't be able to have phallo on nhs... is this just normal worry or will they see it as necessary as t and top surgery? Please help if you can.
You seem to be such a wonderful person 😂💖
Thank you so much, I try to be!
love you finn!
Aw love you too!
he looks like tom hanks
+Valentina Henao you are not the first person to say that!
Do you think you could have lost some girth because of swelling going down ?
Parfait ! Merci pour pour la vidéo 🙂
Mon pleasure!
Finn you're BEAUTIFUL MAN!!!
ah thank you!
😘❤
I've been terrified of phalloplasty because I didnt want to not be able to enjoy sex. This helped a lot
Omg I just discovered your channel, you are so interesting and funny, I subscribed :) also you're very handsome, if I'm allowed to say so!
Oh you are indeed! Thank you so much, and welcome!!!
You look like my vet ,and you two both have the same hair cut . cute
+Twils Stanton oh! Thanks!
i couldn't watch can you please fix the audio
So sorry to hear you have issues. It seems ok for others?
Pictures?
Hi sir, I'm an asian and I can't actually understand what you are saying in the video since you speak slang and I'm not used of it so I hope you could type here on what you're saying about sensation, and yes that's the thing that I wanna know for a long time, if transman who had undergone surgery "down" there could feel any pleasure.. Hopping for your respond, thank you!
Hi my friend. I shall add subtitles as soon as I have some spare time. For now perhaps this written blof post will help? tmblr.co/ZQRovv2Q0T5LD
You are so adorable!! Happy birthday Finn Jr!!!!
Aw fanx! From both of us!!!!

I have gerbils :)
You're really cute
