Candace Owens doesn't understand much of anything. Her claim to fame was gaslighting racism in her highschool, thats it. She supported Nazis and Nazism, she believes that racism doesn't exist, slavery was actually a good thing for black americans because white people took them out of the jungle and de-monkeyfy them. All she understands is how to shuck and jive to white people because obliterating the civil rights of the black community for profit is preferable then to live as a black woman in her eyes. She made entire PragerU videos about it, im not exaggerating. She is literal evil alongside Tate and Kanye. The Axis of Evil conservatives

Do you know what I find peculiarly interesting?... In the UK there was/is an idea that Romania is a lawless land that is borderline medieval, it comes from the vile xenophobia (that came from the top down) around the build up to the referendumn in 2016 and it is no doubt based on this xenophobia that Andrew Tate made his assumption that Romania would allow him to be a rapist with impunity. How coldly ironic that Romania turned out to treat women who are victims of sex crimes far better than the UK who ignored women who came forward with RECORDINGS of him admitting to rape.
The UK needs investigating, its a very troubling country.

As an English person, I endorse this statement. All the politicians have doubled down on brexit with very few exceptions.
The reason why Tate wasn't convicted in the UK is because the net would naturally move towards Westminster. Boris Johnson was mayor of London from 2010-2015 and then PM from 2019-2022. He's effectively Tate with inherited wealth - no way are these things not connected

It does need to be said that Romania IS a country with an enormous human trafficking problem and law enforcement is looser there when it comes to sexual crimes. Tate wasn't completely wrong for thinking that. What he forgot was that 'less strict' doesn't mean 'absent', so eventually they caught wind of his little scheme. It probably also didn't helpt that he kept advertising Romania as a sexual exploitation paradise to a massive audience.

I appreciate the language you use around trafficking, specifically "they are collected." I work as a forensic nurse and part of my job is presenting about relevant topics, including trafficking. To many people have that image of physical bondage, but cannot wrap their heads around mental, emotional, and financial bondage - and that isn't even touching on substance use as a form of control, which is harder to change mindsets around since to many people in positions to help have ideas of good victim and bad victim. Makes me nuts. Thanks for the work you have done and continue to do.

@@skiphopflipflopdripdrop I'll try to explain as best I can.
"They are collected" = Rather than kidnapping average people off the street, many victims of human trafficking are people from vulnerable communities who often don't have healthygroups of family and friends to support them emotionally and financially. Human traffickers exploit this fact by offering them a sense of belonging while being exploited.
Physical bondage = I am forcing you to do things and remain with me due to threats of violence or physically preventing you from leaving.
Mental/emotional bondage = I'm forcing you to do things and remain with me because I've successfully convinced you that I am the only one capable of meeting your emotional needs. Or I have convinced you that my abilities to manipulate and control you are greater than they actually are.
Financial bondage = I'm forcing you to do things or remain with me because you have a large amount of monetary debt that you need to repay before you will be able to be free.
Substance use as a form of control = Often a case of making the person addicted to a drug or other form of abusable substance, and then being their primary source of the substance, which the abuser holds back from the victim until they do what the abuser wants.
Ideas of Good Victim/Bad Victim = This one is a lot to unpack, but basically it's the idea that a "Good victim" is being held there against their will and will reasonably do everything they can to escape their abuser. They will also seek out those who can help them escape, and be happy and grateful when help is offered. A "Bad Victim" in this case is someone who, in many cases, has been manipulated in so many of the ways listed above that they often appear to outsiders as if "they want to remain with their abuser", and in some cases they may avoid seeking outside help, or be ungrateful or hostile when their abusers is jailed and they are "saved" from them. The important thing to keep in mind is that these "Bad victims" are still victims, and still just as worthy of help and support. The original commentator was expressing frustration at the fact that many people in the positions of power where they're able to directly help victims of trafficking, often aren't educated in the ways victims are psychologically manipulated, so may refuse to help victims who they believe "don't even want their help".
This is all my own reading of things though, so if anyone with a better or deeper understanding of the forces at play and how to explain them wants to jump in, please be my guest.

(Yes, feminists have their own biases and prejudices to work on, I see all the TERFS) A woman explaining how men harm women, sharing her experience in the world...all this falls on deaf ears because men who don't respect women will never listen. Men like Fiq are bridging the gap and it makes a difference.

I have an adult son, and a 14-yr-old boy at home, we'll call him A. A, like other boys his age, looked at Andrew Tate, his swagger, style, money, etc and idolized him. The ideas put forth, that are like baby pimpin nuggets, like girls are lazy and dumb -- seem reasonable to middle school aged boys. They look around at the girls and don't understand them. They relate to other boys.
At home I hear him defending Andrew Tate "It might be a set-up" "How do you know?" etc. And I think about when I was around his age.
The boys in my neighborhood would notice the pimp before any other man. Fathers and husbands who had regular jobs or maybe ran a business wore regular clothes and drove a regular car. But Pinky? No, not pinky who lived two blocks from me. He dressed fancy, wore shades, and drove a pink cadillac.
My next door neighbor, Cupid, was a nice guy. I always liked him. And although he was a pimp and other things before, his life changed and he worked a nine to five. But he still kept his flashy, pimped out cadillac from his pimpin days.
And us boys? We wanted to be like them. They were the ones we saw with money and independence. We didn't know what it included. We didn't know you would have to use your charm, sex, maybe drugs, violence, intimidation, always watching, always vigilant -- especially because he needed to get his money every day, and he needed to watch out for other pimps who would steal his money makers.
It is really a challenge to shake some of these ideas out of boys heads -- they start thinking it's ok to make money any way you can -- casino, cam-business, etc.. Worse, I need to know that boys and girls will be safe from these predators. As a father I am supposed to protect. But I can't be there every second. We all have to work together to create a society free from pimps and predators.

Never have I seen throughout that entire city someone that looks like what you described. And I lived in Ottawa, one of the more leftist places in Canada. I immediately thought of them when I saw Tate's Hustler's University clips. The key difference is that when those men wrote about their experiences, it was not meant to be instructional, but personal memoirs. What could have been interpreted as cautionary tales, within the context of capitalist, racist, patriarchal U.S., were instead used as instruction manuals for desperate people looking for a come up. Black folks know these books, so I'm frequently disappointed when other nonblack Leftists refuse to read anything like that because they don't think they can connect with it.

If a person believes women otta be subservient to men, denying them their emotional, and mental autonomy. It isn't a stretch, or shocking in any way that same person would then deny women their bodily autonomy in a sexual context. It's the logical outcome of what they believe given their previous warped dehumanizing views of women. The internalizion of this can, and does have a profound affect on how people view themselves, and how they view other's "role" in society. I respect he's able to discuss different aspects of how this negatively affects men, and boys, without dismissing women's experiences. As a man myself, Idk why it's difficult for others to make these connections. Systemic commodification of women's bodies is nothing new, and a lack of consent is often necessary to uphold it. My heart goes out to all the women who were/are impacted by this continual system of abuse, and the normalization of it. Truly it's just awful beyond words.
Edit: Also don't think this should need to be said, but for clarity; violating a woman's bodily autonomy extends to the non sexual physical violence displayed by people who partake in, or idealize subjugation of women. Removal of reproductive rights is utilized to serve the same purposes within government policy.

There are places within the middle east where women have more of a voice, it isn't a monolith. The middle east is very big, and encompasses lots of different countries. It's strange the middle east is what your mind immediately jumps to when reading my first line. Disparaging women by forcing submission, and violating bodily autonomy is not exclusive to any one part of the world. I think it is just easier for people to dicuss another countries poor treatment of women, rather than looking internally to confront how their own country treats women. It's a nice way to remain outraged by another country, while still being detached from their own countries ills.

THANK YOU. I was starting to get real annoyed with blaming this right wing manosphere thing completely on the inability of leftists to speak to men and boys. We are asking everyone to do better, and how many people really want to hear that? It's just easier for the right cuz they are an extension of the status quo.
When I was young, the boys really treated us ( not all of them of course but a big chunk of them) as objects. Im 31 now. A lot of the sentiment online now, I heard on the streets and in classrooms back then. We stuggled with loverboys heavily. I used to get sexually harassed DAILY at school. . This has always been here.
For a young boy who's insecure etc, It's the easier choice to make. It validates the worst in these boys while giving them slivers of useful advice anyone with a good head on their shoulders could give, irregardless of gender. They are lonely and they need help finding friends who physically want to hang out , that's what needs to happen but these men aren't guided that way and in the mental health area , they don't guide enough to make sure these men actually can network to meet friends and have people to physically hang out with and to make sure those who emotionally abandoned them they can learn to tune them out and if they have to , walk away

I think there's more to Jason Wilson's lack of popularity than "It's the youtube algo that's promoting mysoginy". I respect Jason Wilson, he's a bigger man that Andrew Tate can ever be.
Let me explain. The RUclips algorithm, works in a relatively simple way. It promotes content that is already popular. As in, the more views a video has, the more promoted it will be. It has nothing to do with the contents of the video.
So then, we have to ask ourselves, why are Tate's videos promoted while Wilson's are not? It's simple, Tate is using ages old tactic used by media companies all around the world. He shocks people, he makes people outrage. Negativity sells. He's confident, cocky, outspoken. People watch that, people are drawn to that. Wilson on the other hand is a soft spoken, kind man.
I wish things were different, but people are people, they prefer to watch a cocky dude talk nonsense than a wise man talk kindly.

@@ShunJ89 I understand that those people are the ones with the most subscribers and therefore the have the biggest channels, but they are all Johnny-come-latelys. Pearly is weird to me - a woman speaking on men's issues and marriage, who doesn't have a husband, never been married, or long term relationship and doesn't have children, I mean how long does that grift last? I guess until she drifts into that "unmarriageable" age group which isn't that far away, then people will point the finger at her saying that her way doesn't work either so why listen to her? The weirdest part is that so many men sit down and listen to her.
Fresh n Fit's main show is just toxic for any man to look at long term. Anyone who sits down on a daily basis to watch groups of women getting dunked on is always going to be problematic. That's not a healthy interaction between men and women and is not a good influence for young men growing up. Young, clout chasing Miami chicks are not representative of all women. I've met very few women like that and wouldn't even interact with that type for more than 5 minutes.
I've barely watched any of Sneako's content, but he just comes across as someone who's just irritating and a bandwagon jumper. It puzzles me why anyone takes him seriously - I mean, what does he actually do?
And as for Andrew Tate, he comes across as this massive troll and sometimes he can articulate himself really well and hold his own in a debate with anyone, but man this guy lacks so much integrity it's not even funny. I mean the foundation of his wealth is built on exploitation of women and men, but pretty much says it doesn't matter as long as you get rich. He admits to breaking and evading the law on camera and then goes and acts like he's converted to Islam and lives nothing like a Muslim. He drinks, he fornicates, is unmarried, swears like a drunken sailor, gets money through morally bankrupt means. And do you know what one of the worst things about him that he teaches young men to be? Reckless. Men cannot be reckless. You will face the consequences.
That was a long soapbox session and I apologise for that, but I wouldn't follow any of these people. They rose to prominence in the last year fnf aside and the "manosphere" is older than that. Hell Andrew Tate only blew up because of the coordinated cancellation of him, otherwise you probably wouldn't even know who he is.
