At home we usually make sukku malli coffee every morning during this time of the year . My mom also makes a herbal tea out of tulsi , sangu Pushpam and its leaves. U should try it Akka , sangu pushpam has anti inflammatory and anti oxidant properties . I’m having severe common cold now so I’ll make your herbal tea once I head back home
Madam, what a nice video, very informative, can u help me to understand if we premix the herbs powder with the tea, can we preserve and have for a long time?
Namaskarams Anirbanji. In this herbal tea mix,I have not used regular tea powder 😊😊😊. Instead of premixing the herbal tea powder with regular tea powder,it's better to add half a teaspoon of herbal tea powder to hot water and then after a few minutes add regular tea powder. You could add them, I.e herbal tea powder and tea powder together also. If blended with tea powder, the tea powder flavour is so strong that it may mask the flavour of the herbs!!!! Hope you find this answer satisfactory!! Do look up my other videos on RUclips Munch and Mull. I know, it's great...but, from childhood I hated the smell of corriander... especially as a drink. But, I love ginger and all other spices/herbs. I kinda of make a masala tea as and when I feel like it. It's not that I dont appreciate the goodness of corriander ...but, I just can't drink it. You are actually doing a wonderful service to the community by your amazing videos. Cheers
Namaskaram Sachi. Thanks for your encouraging response. You could omit the coriander part of it,as you don't enjoy it. Yes,we can definitely soften our perception to certain foods,in not hating them, but avoiding them, when we don't like them. That's perfectly fine, isn't it??😀❤️ Just sharing my perception. Am so glad at your responses. Thanks and regards Sujata from Munch and Mull 😊🙏
