Fantastic video! I have the Friedman Buxom Boost and THIS is the video I needed, showing me the versatility and different ways to setup! Almost seems you 2 of them! One in front and one in the effects loop! Thank you and rock on! \w/

What difference would it make if I run it in 18 volts rather than 9 volts?. So far I run it at 9 volts but I'm getting a power block that can run it in 18. 👍👍
A very useful tool. Sounds great, versatile overdrive, too bad I already have a lot of boosters; l gig have 3 in my board This unit will cover a lotta ground, from a spanky clean boost to moderate overdrive, very nice tone-love it The Buxom would work for me, this dog will hunt!
@@brianpark492 I would but not in the same way. The Buxom Boost is a clean boost so the overdrive you'll get is purely from the DS preamp tubes. The SB pedal will be distortion driving distortion. I don't know if you can get clean boost from the SB. I have one, I should know. But I don't.

Had this bad boy for a few months! It is seriously the most versatile overdrive/boost pedal, love it!
Yes Jamie! 🤘🔥🎸 Madness how much you can change an amp with a boost pedal 👌
Karl Golden I need this boost!!
Awesome work Jamie, that board is mental!
Sam Bell Guitar thanks buddy.. what an adventure we had!!
Great vid Jamie
This was a really cool idea for a video! Really showed the versatility of that pedal in fast manner.
Thanks Adam!
Great video Jamie! 🎸
Friedman stuff from what I have seen, is awesome across the board. I have recently got the Runt 20 head and it's great.
Cool video! Hey Dennis!

Potentially nothing, but it could make the pedal have more head room, and less clipping. I’ve never tried it, but that could be the difference

Guys, I have a 20th Anniversary Bogner Shiva. So you think the Friedman Boost could make my Shiva more aggressive and tighter?
I think it would work great
Eq the foundation of fabulous freqz everywhere.
Pre or post ? better is both to make your tone the absolute most!
This is easily the best clean boost you can buy. Not a lot of money at all to add an extra channel to your amp.
I don’t need more gear ... I don’t need more gear ... I don’t need mor ... DAMMIT Jamie!
Plus the Buxom Boost does high gain wonders to the Dirty Shirly!
So I guess it would go good with the small box pedal.✌️

Anyway I love the Small box pedal! I got a basement full of different Heads . Marshall,Line6 bogner, Laney and this pedal blows my mind! 🍻
That’s a 10 times Yes. 🤘🎸😉
