I judge myself when *I am stressed and anxious* which STRESSES ME OUT EVEN MORE. Counterproductive. So now my mantra is to continually practice bringing my thoughts back to love. I ask a higher power to help me bring my thought back. To. Love. ^^
I love how whenever we have a fun night or at the least a night where we’re out somewhere, we always wake up glowing and fresh the next day. I feel like there was a huge difference with you after the hotel trip. It’s like going out and doing more off routine things makes the soul just beam!!! Anybody else notice? I always wake up that way the day after a concert.
Can't begin to even tell you how important it is just to take a step back sometimes. we've all gone through it

So the first time, I went to school I did not nothing but work and school. I didn't try to go out nor take care of myself, and my way of taking a break was being on Netflix. As a result, I was always burnt out and overwhelmed. This time around, I'd decided (although it is more work) to drink more water, have a hobby, eat better, exercise, and plan events that doesn't conflict with my exam schedules and occasionally Netflix. Surprisingly, I feel much better and that I'm doing things more efficiently even though there's weeks when I have no days off.
This video posted on the perfect day because today I decided to care for myself and put myself first. I got my nails done and did some shopping for new clothes.

A self care video was exactly what I needed after interviewing for a new job tonight.
I'm going to start working full time/ night shift in a couple of weeks, while studying at uni and tefl courses and I'm already stressing about whether I'll be able to balance everything.
Your videos always have a way to make me feel more relaxed and optimistic about the future. Even if we don't know each other you're constantly helping me with my struggles, my mood swings and my excessive amounts of stress and for that I'm thankful 💕
At some point (doesn’t have to be Youtober) can you do a girls night in vlog? Where you make dinner, do a face mask, hair mask, nails, bath, all that beauty stuff? I feel like that would be cute.
All of that was like the best mood ever. Looking extra cute in them glasses. 🤓 🌧️ October is flying by. Have a good day.
