Our mission with Koze (and with these vlogs too aside from documenting my life) is to make people cozy and then inspired -- why? -- I think once we turn off our fear + online "FOMO" and get comfortable with ourselves again, we can see how all of us have a unique sense of flow on this earth.
When we stop chasing on the outside and instead tap back into our inside, we can find it.
When we do, we not only make our lives better but because we're more connected and conscious we can make the whole world (especially the online world) better.
So it's my mission to keep all of us reminded to get cozy, tune inwards, find your flow and then shine it back out into the world, and to do it all together because we need one another.

Question;
If someone asks to hang out on one of your GYST days, do you say "no not today/that day because I'm GYSTing" or would you hang but only after/before doing at least the basic parts or gyst, or move your whole gyst day or what?
Thanks! I'm just trying to schedule my life more and feel weird about saying "no friend, I don't have to work tomorrow but I want to work out, chill alone and fill out my calendar and such all day" but it is my life...And it kind of stresses me out to switch up my plans but I want to be flexible too...Anyways love you girl!
I usually just say "sorry, I have plans" because it's true! Plans made with myself are like plans made with other people and it's important to honor them. Obviously every once in a while I'll skip a gyst day to hang out with someone on my days off, but if I do that too often, I get burnt out.

Love my GYST binder. I made one based on your last video you did with your 2019 binder and let me just say it was a game changer for me. I bought those same velcro folders on Amazon and they are perfect. My papers are so organized and I finally have a place to put all those random business cards I want to save for later. LOVING your new upload schedule! Definitely the best one you've come up with! I adore your vlogs so it's such a treat to get to see one every week and to be able to watch you over several days in one go. I'm a lot older than your core audience, so the Koze chats and podcast aren't so much my thing - although I do think they're both great for your younger viewers. So no longer having to wait a whole month each time before being able to watch you on your main/vlog channel is so much better now that you're doing them side by side instead of on alternate months. You asked if there was anything specific we wanted to see more of in your vlogs so I'd like to reply and say yes - I'd love to see more of Bentley in general (one of the main reasons I subscribed to your channel many years ago was because you had a dog) and more of his daily walks outside so that I can alse see a bit of your neighbourhood/local community and of Toronto in general - for those of us like me who have never been to Canada, seeing bits of Toronto is almost like watching a travel vlog because it's so interesting! So it would be cool to see more of the outside in general, I'd say, especially now that you're so confident about filming yourself outdoors! And for example, in this vlog, it would have been really cool to see Bentley being dropped off at the vet and then picked up again - does he go crazy like my Misha does when he suddenly sees you after being apart from you for any length of time? I adore watching RUclips clips of dogs greeting their owners after time spent apart! :-D I'd also be v interested to learn more about your GYST folder - it looks like something that could be useful for me even though most of my expense receipts are mostly emailed to me (I"m self-employed too) and I have a large hanging file folder where I keep things like certificates, car stuff, medical stuff, tax etc. Do you have a main filing system like that or do you divide all of it into individual years with your GYST folder? I'd be very grateful if you would go through the categories in your GYST folder with us so that we could see if any of them would be relevant to our lives! But apart from that, just keep on the way you've started the new year - I have a feeling that 2020 is going to be a great year for you career-wise, especially with the vlogs and this new upload schedule!! I can't wait to see what you have in store for us for the rest of the year!! xxx

Ugh I'm actually gysting at work lol but the second I get home I can't wait to watch 🙌🏻
I miss coffee and I only drank one cup in the morning lol. Get the jitters if I drink more BUT I’ve traded it in for dandelion root tea in the mornings. It’s been a month now and I still want it lol. I’m committed though. My body is finally adjusting so that I still feel energized in the morning and I don’t miss the crashes. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I let the coffee go but sheesh. Anyway I will koze with you with a cup of tea from now on.

SOO I was vegetarian off and on for quite a few years. Then in late August/early October of last year I decided officially that was enough and I went full vegetarian with weekend exceptions if I felt like I was about to crash. WELL, I have been VEGAN since the second week of January with the only exceptions being that if I didn't know if it was fully vegan or not. AND I FEEL GREAT. I am so happy I'm starting to switch over. And a big part in my inspiration was you! Just wanted to let you know
