I don't have a dji pocket 3 to test but if it has a HDMI out or USB C port supports HDMI + Power then it should work. I tried my Samsung Galaxy S21 but it didn't work so I'm not sure about a phone monitor working.

Did you figure out 🤷🏾♂️its possible that you don’t have enough power plugged in so you use an Adapter to plug to Outlet
I bought the 16-inch 144Hz for FPV with my helicopter. The 60Hz has too much added delay (16.6 ms) for adrenaline diving in the last-second pull outs.
