- Eiselle and I will make more videos of Property in the Philippines and how much it costs to buy and rent. Dasmariñas is a very expensive and exclusive gated village in the middle of Manila. This house is to rent at 400k (8k usd) a month. Not many people can get into these places but as Eilselle has her own real estate company, she is about to open many doors.
More videos to follow. This video was a. It spontaneous as I was very impressed with the house and it’s draw dropping price. Enjoy.

Nice tour my friend..thanks for sharing i hope you enjoyed our Country🙏🇵🇭
Cheers. There are less expensive houses around. But that area is crazy expensive
Very nice place also the house i love it all, sending full support watching from Tablas Romblon and Mindoro, Philippines.
Thanks Orland. Glad you enjoy.
I'll be honest, the house isnt my cup of tea, but I gotta admit that the materials used to build it look high quality. Please do more real estate videos, Paddy, and show us a variety... would love to see everything from the mega mansions down to the budget-friendly ones.
Yep. Will do a variety of condos and add in prices. Will likely mostly be BGC and Makati.
Yeah, it doesn't exude the feel of luxury; actually looks "generic" except for its location, perhaps?
Hi pls can you do condos that are suitable for families, that has 3 bedrooms and schools around the area in makati. Thanks heaps 😘
just saw your link sa tinder 😅 nice 😍
😄
Paddy, the market dictates price, But owners waking up and asking so much is crazy. Hey, but there is a sucker born every minute. Thanks for the info
Yea, the prices are crazy there. But I think a lot is about security. When people have that much money, they don’t care paying it for security and safety.
I don't see a problem with he price of the house; sales price or the rental price, because of the location and high security, even though it's a dump.
8k USD rent a month is cheap compared to 50k to 100k USD rental a month in Malibu, California, USA.
To live in affordable house, some people go to Santa Rosa, Laguna area.
@@NicandPaddyVlog Thanks for that information. I didn't know about Santa Rosa. I'll have to look into that place. The Enchanted Kingdom as well.
LOVELY.. Hi good evening.. Watching from England..hi Paddy once upon a time My sister own 2 house in Dasma village we call it before( Dasma) thank you for sharing this video..its just bring back memories.. Thank you.. I'm sure you have your own opinion of what you see in the Philippines.. Glad all my family left Philippines now..Love Sally and Paul 🦋🌹🎶🎶🎶🎶
Hi Sally and Paul. The prices in that village are crazy. But it appears to be safety and security of the location that drives them so high.
@@NicandPaddyVlog LOVELY.. Hi good morning Paddy.. Yes secure inside but not outside of Dasma... I recommend you to go to (borakay island) that is a beautiful island that is where we go home now...but thank you for discovering my beloved country 😊 take extra care while you are in makati or any where in manila.. Have a pleasant Sunday.. 🦋🌹🎶

I don't want money from vlogging I am doing charity for my village tayhawan kalibo Philippines...Thank you Paddy for reading my note...(Salome sharp)...
Hi Paddy! I am from Singapore. Would love to visit the Philippines one day...maybe you can show me around? 🤣
Cool 👍🏼
Manny Pacquioa lives in Forbes Park adjacent village of Dasma. His mansion is for sale worth Billions of pesos.I saw you the other day walk past my condo in Serendra 1.
Thanks. Yea, Eiselle lives in One Serendra and I spend quite a lot of time there.
That's old money right there. I noticed that the super rich aren't the most flashiest... they are very modest when it comes to showing off their wealth.
That did cross my mind. I was looking at the cars in the area and nothing stood out. I think they’re that rich they don’t want attention.
I live in a luxury but affordable condo building with a lot of Chinese and new money. The car park is filled with Ferraris, and various other flashy cars.
With P400K, one could already build a simple house.
Yep. And probably only a couple of hours outside of Manila. That location is crazy expensive
I have seen more impressive homes around Metro Manila that cost less than $10M. Even in Ayala Alabang, you can get a $3M dollar home that looks so much better than this. It only costs this much because you are buying into the location where this house is. I went to college with kids who live in Forbes Park and Dasmarinas Village, where "old money" lived then.
Yea. It’s very much old money unless you’re Manny P. Many of the houses in the area are falling apart and neglected. Crazy how wealthy they must be to not be bothered. Also some are in lengthy probate battles with their kids and families inheritance. I wonder do they keep prices artificially high to make it very exclusive. Filmed it because we just happened to be there. Will make more realistic videos of affordable properties very soon.
There are alot of exclusive subdivisions or villages in Metro Manila. If you know someone in Magallanes village, BelAir, or San Lorenzo village in Makati then you can enter the village and shoot a videos.
My balcony overlooks Bel Air. Since lockdowns these places have really tightened up security. Really depends what Eiselle has on her books. But will make more practical videos in the future of more affordable condos.
8K a month is crazy money…way too much. I would offer 2K at the most. Keep putting videos Paddy. Your audience likes them and they will continue to grow for you. Stay safe.
If you go two hours south to Santa Rosa you would get something bigger and better than that place for under 2k. It’s the safety and security while being in the middle of Manila that dictates those crazy figures.
2k will get you a small studio in most of the capital cities in the west.
Wow nice house I wish to own one… In God’s Will
It’s crazy expensive but it’s the location more than the house.
An old model house, how about Forbes park? it’s not far from there.
Yea, Eiselle said they’re even bigger in Forbes park. Was just a bit of a spontaneous video while I was with Eiselle that day. We will make more relevant videos of more affordable condos in the future. I’ll also make a video of my condo and building
@@NicandPaddyVlog looking forward to that see you soon.
Lol I live in Dasmariñas City in Cavite and thought that you were just nearby 😂
It’s not that far away 😊
subbed
Cheers
hmmm a $10 million dollar house in Los Angeles California is both bigger and more modern. I was expecting a 10 mill house in Manila to be much bigger and more modern.
It’s really the location (middle of Manila) and the safety and security that bumps the price way way up. But houses are very expensive here. Go to Santa Rosa a little south of manila and there are much more impressive properties at a fraction of the price.
The house is in an exclusive gated village in Makati City, one of the cities in Metro Manila, hence, the extravagant rent/price. I would agree that one can easily buy a lot and build a more beautiful house elsewhere but I think people have different preferences, some value living in exclusive villages. Dasmarinas Village is one of the gated villages where the millionaires/billionaires live.
Huge house 🏡
There are bigger there. A lot are neglected. Really crazy considering how much they are. The wealth there is insane.
@@NicandPaddyVlog yeahhh true!… maybe the owners are long been outside the country 🙏
This will never rent for 8K, you can find places for 3-4k that will be nicer than that.
It’s the location and level of security. The people that rent this will likely not be paying for it themselves
Some corrupt governmental official or foreigner official will rent it At 5k
The only way I’d pay $8k per month for that property is if it came with an Eiselle in every room!
fuck I spit my coffee!😂
😂 Eiselle LOL at the comment
@@NicandPaddyVlog I'll throw in another 1k/mo if she is in a different bikini 👙 in every room. 🤷♂️
US President Joe Biden son chooses to live in Malibu, renting a house for USD 30k/month.
Tax payers are upset because his security detail (that is paid for by USA federal taxes) has to live near the son and the security team couldn't find an available house for less than USD 40k/mo in Malibu. 🤦🤷💆
Wow! Yea. I see average rent for a 1 bed apartment in a nice part of New York is about 5k usd.
@@NicandPaddyVlog Yeah, NY is crazy. I have a friend of a friend from high school, that performs on Broadway, and rents a shoebox in Times Square for a little less than that (4k something). 😂. Thankfully the arts scene in New York subsidizes performers rents there.
That house is old and outdated and is not really that expensive. The place also is not the most expensive place you can google it.
Forbes is up there. Tends to have bigger houses in Forbes.
$10 million in the Philippines and for that house?! That's just too much! I'd just use that money to move to a place where the whole country is safe not just some gated community!
The area is massively expensive. It’s in the middle of the city with high security. Houses in other parts of the city are a fraction of the price. Although, houses are still very expensive here.
An hour south in Santa Rosa, houses are affordable to rent. Foreigners can’t buy houses here.
I think that's around 10 to 25 million PESOS.. 60 to 50k in dollars. Not 10 million dollars.
Not for this location.
25 million will just buy you a condo around 80 square meters. A condo parking slot costs around $50,000 in triple A developmenrs. Land is very very expensive in this area.
It's in Dasmarinas Village, not just some random place in Metro Manila. Lot per square meter in these areas are expensive.
How much for this place?
Answer: 1:45
It’s not for sale. But to rent. Houses in this village are insane prices. But it’s for location and security
@@NicandPaddyVlog Then change the title. Rename it like "Planning to Rent a house for 400k or choosing a house from Dasmarinas Cavite for 400k a month"
😂😂😂 only rich people live there ♥️🇵🇭 specially government that live in province. 😂😂😂
Yep - the mega rich.
It's a nice house inside but I wasn't impressed at all when you walked around the place, kind of dirty and that pool was a joke. It's definitely not worth $10 million that's for sure.
Your content title seems to be decieving.. Would you mind changing it?
It and Forbes are the most expensive residential areas in the Philippines. How is it deceiving?. The house is for rent, not for sale. And is 400k a month.
@@NicandPaddyVlog Let me show it to you. If I want to buy a house from there " 500 million Peso - $ 10million Dollar house in the middle of manila" which house are you referring too? If that one is for rent for 400k monthly?
The computation is in pesos not dollars!
10 million dollars (roughly 500 million pesos) is too much. I don't think local real estate price even in Forbes Park would reach that high.
I don't believe that's $ 10 million dollars.. Try to listen and digest what the lady says..
The house is for rent at 400k a month. Had to do calculations for approximate value.
Paddy, are you wealthy? I bet you are based off your lifestyle.
I do ok. My home is a lot more modest than this😄. Eiselle and I will make more practical videos in the future of affordable condos. I’ll also make a video of my condo.
That house is ugly and outdated af. Youre paying for the location with that ridiculous price!!
Yep. Totally paying for location , security, and safety. The first house we were in was much bigger but really poor construction. I said they would be better to demolish and rebuild.
Please tell her it’s called a lap pool.😉
😄I did. She said the owner wants it to be called a swimming pool.
@@NicandPaddyVlog 😆😂🤣
It’s a dated house and neglected wonder who’s the sucker willing to buy it. Lol
There’s a lot of old money in that area. So many houses sitting empty and neglected. People so wealthy they don’t seem to care or need the money. Don’t know if they keep the prices insanely high to remain exclusive.
If I had $10m, I wouldn't pay that for that. There's multimillion dollar houses in the states for half that, that looks a lot better. Even in Texas, Atlanta, or Orlando...you can get a real nice house as big or bigger than that for less than 600k. In fact, most states, will get you a big and nice house for under 600k. I said most states, I didn't say all. $10m for that?? Rip off. Thanks for vid though.
How much for this place?
Answer: 1:45
400k PESOS a month
That's $7755.70 DOLLARS..
Try to understand and digest. Don't compare America and Philippines.
True! For that price, I'd buy myself a nice apartment in New York that has the best skyline in the world, or a mid-size luxury house in Los Angeles. But I guess the target market for these kind of houses is either the ultra rich filipinos or wealthy expats who have businesses in the Philippines.
@cjack202003 This is Philippines and yours is in America don't ever compare two different countries with different standards in terms of living, prices and others... In the Philippines land prices depends on many factors: location, lot areas, materials, and many others . Don't be such an idiot and Don't ever compare your country.
@@elenajoson6426 Well, before you made your decision, think about cost of living and residential taxes and other stuff. Security, peace and order including crime rate. Does your country has that so far?
Not worth it you can build a nice house in 5 million pesos
It’s the location. But yea. You can build a house in a different location certainly for not a crazy amount
Are you inviting people to buy a house or your scaring people to buy a house here in the Philippines? Otherwise, you can leave our country. Your doing a economic sobatage. I can report you for your deportation.
Foreigners can’t own a house here. Just showing some interesting places. If you don’t like my channel - don’t watch it 🤷🏻♂️ future videos will show more affordable condos. Relax 😊
