    Rectify meaning aayusin siguro o iko-correct yung mga document ng property bago ibinta dahil forfeited na sa dating may ari. Banko na ang nag mamay ari nyan hindi ang builder.       @@taramagkalupa26 if it is TRUE then let the so called builder FIXED all the issues before buying the property specifically IF buyer would pay cash. But who’s in the right state of mind will pay cash knowing the bad conditions of the property physically and lawfully?
      In my experience, bank will never grant a loan to the applicant if the the condition of the property is look like this, because first all until the mortgage is paid the loaner will ( mangungutang ng bahay ) never get the title of the property. Bank will hold the title and has the ability to forfeit if the loaner can no longer pay the mortgage therefore bank is very involved what type of loan and property the applicant will buy.
      HINDI KO LANG ALAM ANG TAKBO NG BATAS SA PILIPINAS DAHIL MARAMING HOKUS PUKOS DYAN.
