Isn't this the look of AA properties in the 80s? Overall design does not want attention and none of the fake luxury of glossy and shiny materials like gold, silver, even stainless steel. Speaking of non-glossy, I love the choice of main floor tiles, not too glossy nor not too dark. It just feels right. Rest of the floor materials also 👌 Luxury or exotic features also present like the imported stone walls and proper rich person garage. I saw solar panels on drone footage, likely this has backup power. Criticisms: Not sure if this is centralized HVAC, the rooftop shows split units but I can't find the interior units. I don't see any IP camera/CCTV cameras nor Wi-fi access points, unlikely they hid it so well. It would be nice for a roof top or roof deck at the rear portion of the house that does not break the look of the front. I'd like to see more videos of this property as above video did not show much of the bedrooms, backyard, and service/utility areas.
