Yung mga bagay talaga beyond aesthetic ang na-appreciate ko. Like yung flow ng house, kung paano magiging functional, kung paano mo malilinis, garbage area and yung hugasan ng kahit ano (aside from dishes). Kasi pag nakatira ka na talaga, yun ang mga bagay na ipagpapasalamat mo na kinonsider nila. Ayos din na may built in cabinets na. Galing ng team nyo Slater, parang kayo ang titira nung pinag isipan yan. Two thumbs up. 😊
correct pwede naman seguro magkroon ng slight changes based on the needs of the homebuyers like pag may disability mahirap tumira sa 2nd floor.
Slater looks so excited and happy doing this, masasabi mo talagang ito yung passion nya gawin. Its so refreshing to see someone doing so well in their chosen field.

Wow! This is maybe the most amazing and beautiful house I've seen in the Philippines. If the Skypod v1.0 is already beautiful, this one is in another level, you wouldn't think this is located in Cebu, Philippines but maybe in the Hollywood area in California. Here in Marbella Spain most of the new Villas bring built are of this type of Architectural design and interior. The view is SPECTACULAR.👏👏👏

Everything is perfect! I love how he is so passionate during the tour. The excitement was raw and authentic! and whenever he mentions the word "family," you can see through his eyes how inspired he was in planning the whole house. I love how he reminds me of Miss Kryzz and their children. It gives that kind of feeling like he's done this by visualizing his own family. That is why I think we can all feel his passion and excitement, and ohh! I love how he always mentions their house.
You can really sense the excitement sa boses ni Slater while showing around. Congrats po to the whole team behind this project.

Pinakanagustuhan ko dito as one na working in the construction industry is how it is organized. Especially sa part na nilagyan nila ng balcony yung 2nd floor para sa maintenance part. And also nasa iisang lugar lahat ng mga outdoor unit ng ACU and electrical panels. Napaka convinient ng project nyo Engr. Slater

rarely comments but i love how there is a balance among all rooms, minsan kasi parang tinipid nlng ung iba so ung design and everything is balance for all floors, all rooms. Halatang hindi tinipid sa mga gamit kasi normally kung ano pa ung mga small stuffs sa bahay, un ung ngiging costly pg madalas masira.
I love how everything is so minimalist, but more than anything else e practical! It is so true when he said that the house was made for people to live easily...minsan kasi people care more about aesthetics but not the practicality of it. Kudos to Slater!!
I have never seen a house as perfect as this. Just the right size, both aesthetic and functional. This is the very definition of a perfect house. I love that everything was well thought of, even the positioning of the air condenser and the light switches on the bedside! Just awesome! Pirting nindota jud ! Kudos Slater! This is more Minimalist than aesthetics...
The attention to details is what makes this house stay above the other architectured homes. Im soo happy with the soft closing cabinets and light switches, the window cutouts, etc. Its really the small minor deets that changes the game. I wish someday I can meet an Engineer with the same work ethics like Slater na kahit mahal, at mapapagastos ka is worth it nman and you get the value of your hard earned money. Not like others na not so cheap, not so expensive din, pero so-so lng din ang output, mapapagastos ka ulit sa renovation kse you are not contented at may mas ikakaganda pa sya. Haaaay this is my DREAM HOUSE tlaga. Amazing Work Slater and LLG Arch.

Would just like to ask your considerations on the privacy aspect of the entire house (access going to basement) considering that a subdivision may also be accessed by non-residents? Other than that, the entire team of architects and engineers were able to address the from the basic needs of the house to the users comfortable living. 👍🏻😲
I think this is a subdivision, so may guard and gate sa main entrance. High end subdivisions like this hindi basta2 nakakapasok ang non-residents and prolly will be escorted or the owner may have to pick up their visitors from the main entrace. And owners have options to put fence or gate within their premise.
High end po yan. Sa gate palang tatawag na ung guard sa house if papasokin kaba.
Looks like bahay nila Vern, kaya pala sabi nya nakaikot agad daw yung nagsasabing broker sila na gusto pumasok sa bahay , open pala sya kaya pala nakapasok agad at nakapagpicture daw sa labas hanggang basement

I love how passionate slater is on what he does. He gave me a lot of ideas when building my house, it helped me a lot. He’s is also the type of person that shares valuable lessons that excites me the most whenever he shares something to his viewers, very helpful. After watching this video, I can really say that this is my dream house! A kind of house that I would specifically ask God for. Talagang magsusumikap ako sa buhay para ma-achieve ko ang sarili kong Skypod. Checked all the boxes! Really good job Slater and Skypod team! God willing, manifesting that I will have a house like this in the future. How many square meters do I need to have the first Skypod 2.0 in the province of Cavite? 😂
All I can say is that the design is FANTASTIC because of how it is both aesthetic and practical. I am also IN LOVE with the warm lights as they light up at night! And also the backdrop design in the living area... IT IS GORGEOUS!
This house is simply elegant and very functional. Modern architecture and the views are so amazing. However, this house will no come cheap absolutely.

Halos lahat ng luxury house napanood ko, main door lang mula sa garahe or gate pero yung main door sobrang laki at mabigat. I also pointed out sa isang real estate channel that rich pinoy lifestyle usually has food or anything when they get home so it would be nice if there's easy access from garage to the kitchen. The owners usually want to meet the house helpers immediately from the garage

1. Is the glass window sa bathroom 1 or 2 way mirror or has blurring option... hassle kasi if mag lalagay kapa ng blinds masisira ung aesthetic ng window.
2. How much po ang onyx sa Pinas? maganda sana instead of marble ang ginamit s media backsplash is onyx na lng para parang live wall na sya
3. Why you didn't consider po home automation sa project na to since high end project sya

Just want to provide some friendly tips/critics which may benefit for other Skypod 2.0 buildings or your future projects:
- Living room_pelmet. I noticed the ceiling pelmet is visible. Would be nicer with a recessed/hidden pelmet so the ceiling finishes flush. If there are any motorised blinds would be great to see them popping down in your vid.
- Living room_joinery & AC. Usually I prefer full height joinery/cabinet (looks like touching the ceiling) which can avoid dust on top and exposed rangehood exhaust duct. I presume you are using split system AC and it is indeed visible. I would utilise bulkhead AC system and hide it in the bulkhead space above kitchen joinery. This can be applied the same for bedrooms, walk-in wardrobe, etc. In-built fridge may look flush and nicer, but it's very expensiv and harder to change in future.
- Drainage adjacent to sliding doors. I saw 3x tile insert drainages which may not cover the entire opening. If you may have experienced that tile insert gets easily flooded in shower area due to its design of tight opening. There are some nice linear drainages out there which may look good on the big sliders. Ignore this comment if this window system already has a drainage system at the wn base subsill.
- Personal preference regarding the garage. I am a big car enthusiast and I do like an enclosed garage so no rainwater, dust, flying rocks go onto my cars.
- Round columns. I am not a fan of exposed columns. I can understand they are required next to the big sliders, but if the columns can be hidden inside the wall would improve the interior aesthetics. For example rectangulare columns can be dressed up to look like a wall. I.e: a round column inside first floor bathroom...
- Toilets may looks nicer if they can be a wall hung and in-wall cistern. Although this wc system may not be the best for long term maintainance.
- First floor bathroom window. Big privacy issue here even if planters and louvres are placed in front of the window. There is always one creepy dude with binocular watching into ppl's home, LOL, assume the worst case scenario. I suggest a switch on and off translucent window system called Switch Glass or Smart Glass. If your budget allow for this system, please get it installed, it will be very convenient for the end-users! This system can be applied to ensuite window as well :)
- Looks like the house comprise of 3x levels. A lift system would made this home more luxury.

am so amazed by this ,It feels like a motivation for me to keep pursuing my current course Architecture, It making me wanted to design also as comfortable like this.
It’s really beautiful, just a few points though, there’s not enough cabinet space for the 2 other bedrooms and in the comfort rooms, which i hope Slater could answer, how could you clean the glass windows from inside when it’s covered with wooden panels, just my 2 cents,. Very petty observation 😂otherwise , the house is superbly done , looks simple on the outside but quite impressive inside, galing ng iinteriors and yung lighting, ang gandaaa. Malaki talaga nagagawa ng lighting sa bahay. Good job, Slater and company. Congratulations 👍👏🍾.

This is a great house tour! It didn't feel like that this was in the Philippines. All along it looked like a house overseas. Excellent job, Slater! :)
I think one of the best selling point to consider is when it actually withstood a super typhoon and/or a high magnitude earthquake. Of course including the slope stabilizations made in the surrounding areas aside from the structure itself. The buyer would be rest assured that this investment would be appreciating in the long term.

If you listened carefully to him, all is being considered to make the house withstand or at least resist the natural forces of nature such as typhoon and earthquake. He is an intelligent engineer so he knows how to build a structure on any type of terrain or environment. The estate is ultra high-end development so they must have hired a team of engineers with excellent track records.

Very satisfying yung functional building design for this house.
Madami kasi houses and high-rise buildings ngayon na pagandahan lang sa hitsura but very hard to maintain, cumbersome layouts, and even non-functional roofs or canopy na mukhang maganda lang.

I like the "human scale" & the emphasis on lifestyle, functionality & comfort rather than garish showy status symbol that's typical of some Phil homes.

for those interested, a single unit ranges from 43-51 million pesos. i made a guess that it will be around 30M but im also guessing the area is hella expensive

I like the whole concept of the house, from interior and the outside of it lalo na nagustuhan ko yung ambiance niya at night especially with the lightning 💗
The only thing that is my concern lang is the side of the pool for me masyadong risky to lalo if bata yung magsswimming dapat may glass man lang na nakaharang to prevent accidents.

Beautiful design, like a single-family and condo concept, you are up high but, not a kid-friendly to start. Perfect crib for mature couples, peace, and quiet with incredible views of the city. The problem is going to the property has too many tabi tabi and barbeque stalls and it's an eyesore. Paying for perfection it's not cheap. But, I love the location and the views. Thanks for sharing.
