I dunno why a near-hectare piece of land in Alabang is such a big deal. In Makati, along McKinley Drive near the church, you'll find several houses on lots which exceed a hectare. One of them is in fact the home of a very powerful government official.

This house is UGLY for a 540 Million price. I have seen so much better houses than this with a cheaper price. Not good.
