    Hola Astrid! tus prácticas guiadas son muy apreciadas, gracias. Tengo una curiosidad; el dedo pulgar puede ser envuelto muy cómodamente por cierto por los otros dedos de su propia mano, ¿Es válido en JSJ hacerlo de este modo? Saludos.

      try working with one hand and then the other. become aware of any differences. you might feel that one hand is more comfortable to work with than the other. everyone is different. in my experience, working with the fingers of one hand can help me feel very different (in a good way!), so I don't often do all 10 fingers unless I give myself the time and space to do so.

    Interesting that the middle finger is the finger where he hold anger? In the west, when we get upset and angered by another person we often give them the middle finger. I’m not saying this to be sarcastic! I just find the connection uncanny
