people in punjab do not eat this breakfast regularly this is essentially eaten when they are eating outside.. home cooked breakfast is slightly different from it and yes the stuffed kulcha is worth trying... its super delicious

Honestly, we don't eat that spicy and oily for breakfast, at least in my home. It's special occasion breakfast. The home cooked food that people eat is quite different as well, it's much more healthy and less oily. The food in restaurants and in home are way different.
First of all I don’t know why western world think Indians only eat with ✋,,,,I never eat anything with hand except roti 🫓,,,,like can western eat pizza with spoon. Plus don’t compare price as $0.14
The reason the breakfast seems so heavy in the northern states of India, because they are basically in the occupation of agriculture. It's really hard work and definitely needs a lots a calories.. Not for us who have office jobs n eventually have pot bellies unless we burn those calories!!

In south india most of the breakfast is (idly,dosa ,pongal,puri and etc))
And here my breakfast gets changing every day... with my mood someday pancakes and some day roti sabji and some day noodles... its DIVERSE😂
