I agree I've never heard of kidney dishes, but bheja (brain) fry is quite common, especially in Delhi and Mumbai eateries
Well actually I am from Bhopal lived in Mumbai Delhi and Bangalore too and I have had kidneys and brain too in all the places and I have made all these things since I have started cooking in my teenage and to be very Frank my brother is an MBA and businessman but he cooks everything over 200 dishes and desserts better than anyone's else and I love him cuz he cooks for me whenever say doesn't matter he has work or not he just give me look like again and smiles and straight into the kitchen and he comes with awesome dishes with him.... 😂😂😂😂

hey here in kerala we make boli too its like a sweet flat bread but its made with gram flour

I like organ dishes in India. Liver, Brain and Kidneys all of them they cook are so good and have kinda unique texture and flavour to them.

Buffalo milk is bit expensive but you will see those parents force there children to drink buffalo milk are really health and there comes us who get taunted from our parents. Most of the vegan don't even want to hear about non veg here like it comes to conflict between friend teasing each other🤣🤣🤣
