Their taste buds are not ready for hajmola its too much my Japanese friend didn't like hajmola initially but after a while u could always find a hajmola sachet in his pocket . Like he was trying to get high on hajmola . It takes a while for their taste buds to adjust .

Yes the "potato inside the bread" thing is the same one that but saw in the other guy's video. It's called vada pao. N the last dish that u saw in this video, the tomato curry in butter n the bread dipped in it- pao bhaji... That's heaven! 😍

Hajmola lol , it is like if someone taste whisky for first time. He will find fk bitter. But taste comes with time. Exactly same with Hajmola (pill of Black pepper, long pepper, ginger, lemon, cumin seeds, sugar, black salt, rock salt, sal ammoniac). black salt/ammoniac add strong smell to it. Indians eat it since kid so they get used to it.

You have to develop the taste for hajmola। As migget cheese in France।hajmola has a salt that is good for digestion and at first you will not like it but I assure after 5 candies you will ask for more।।
Everyone seems to start chewing Hajmola, you are not supposed to bite it, at all... Just keep it in your mouth till it dissolves slowly. That's what you do with it.
