      I bought on Japanese online store. The brand name is "Tiger Crown" (Japanese company). I could not find the same product on a website where people from overseas could buy it. I will let you know when I can find it!

    Wow! You cut those leaks without washing them. I bet they were super Sandy inside!! Leaks are grown in sand. You have to really wash the sand out of them

    Way of adding skin on; can make crispy but i like much better with a way of removing chicken-skin.
    *Chicken is to buy inexpensive and nowadays stores are selling all sorted parts of chicken clean.
