I am facing an issue wherein once i connect to a surfshark server and try launching a second app like netflix, surfshark disconnects in the background. Any idea on how to solve this.

@@iptvwire this is on a TCL Google TV. I run the surfshark app and connect to the server as well but as soon as i toggle to the Disney+ app i see that surfshark has disconnected in the background.
And I heard VPN doesn’t work in the background for Google TV. How do you get Surfshark or any vpn work in the background and not only when the app is open. So I heard.
I have surfshark on Google Chromecast it says it's turned on but it does not change the location didn't know if he was aware of this all the videos shows people activating vpns if you go to your location it's not actually changing anyting

Surfshark VPN does work in the background? As long as you are connected it will work on the background.

Does this work for any Google TV? Or do I need a Google TV chrome cast built in?
As long as you have access to the Google Play Store this will work.
Why do I only see NordVPN and Proton VPN

i use PureVPN
Thanks for the comment. I personally did not like PureVPN when testing but VPN choice is mostly based on user-preference.
