if you need to flap, just do a semilunar flap to access the apical regions so you don't lose blood flow esp at the gingival margins, but flapping on such a thin buccal plate, you're now liable to lose that buccal plate because you disrupted all that blood flow.
Can you pack in the bone with the healing abutment on that way you dont have to switch from the cover screw to the healing abutment after the bone is already packed?
Dude way too facial. Also like when placing an immediate anterior implant, you really are going to be losing a ton of blood supply by flapping, which for immediates its not recommended to flap especially at the gingival margin.
@@bonkersvideos6073 You shouldn't be placing an implant based on where the bone is, you place it in the ideal prosthetic location. If there's not enough bone, can you graft? If not, then don't place the implant.

Where are ur videos to show us how u do it?
Beautiful video quality, and great work. Thanks!
Did you place a resorbable membrane to prevent the fibrous tissue from getting into the bone graft? Ty
Great video and procedure. What equipment did you use to record this video?
What kind of implant is this?
Why does it still look too facial? Would be nice to see an occlusal view after placement so we can see the emergence

Too facial, yes, but maybe this was the best angulation given how the bone is. Cant just accuse him without knowing wll the facts

@@DailyMeditation365 false. Not every case can be done ideally. As a surgeon you gotta learn to improvise. Theres always angled abutments, etc.
Yes, but if you're placing the implant that's dehisced and you're relying on an ASC then you're doing it wrong
@@DailyMeditation365 strawman argument. No dehiscence in the video whatsoever
