Love your work but its super hard to hear the important words over the music, especially during the cone beam explanation
This video is very usefull to us doctors
Question: if you didn’t have a CT, are you safe to go off pano/PA being that close to mental foramen? Maybe give yourself 3-4mm safety zone in that situation?
Background music is too high it suppresses your voice.
Not sure if you'll see this because the video is a bit old now, but are you worried around the buccal bone thickness at the collar? Looks pretty thin, like it's about to greenstick. Not criticizing, just asking honestly to know if I'm being too cautious with how much buccal bone I should be preserving.
If you go back to around the 4:40 mark (prior to pilot drill) you can see that little cleft in the buccal plate that you’re seeing at the end was already present. I believe he mentioned that the site had been grafted previously, and sometimes you see these little superficial defects at the time of implant placement depending on how many months have passed since the graft. I think it’s good that you spotted that, but the placement looks pretty good to me. If you were in this situation and nervous about it, you could decorticate on the buccal a little bit (NOT directly over the implant though) and place a little bone and a membrane.
how do you videorecord your surgeries?
Thanks for sharing👏🏻
In the final image, the implant doesn’t look perfectly center mesiodistally.. don’t you use surgical guides?
Love you Man :) Thanks
Thanks
why didnt you put the tooth in
it needs 3 months to heal before putting the tooth
That Minnesota survived many drilling :D.
Good work 4 years ago
Why 10 mm for a premolar? Would a wider implant (and shorter length) be as successful as a 10 mm implant?
6 dislikes from people who don't know that Wu-Tang is for the children :)

The music is extremely distracting.
İmportant part is the final restoration

Good work, yet very background music. It defeats the purpose of this presentation!
Заглубил чуть многова-то, но не критично
The music is so distracting. Like awful elevator music
Please loose the background music
