Idk if it has been mentioned, but u don't necessarily need to make a mold for Holo effect... U can place a piece of the Holo sheet on top of a curing resin piece... (Making sure it doesn't get stuck inside the resin but that it does make contact where u want the effect) and once cured u can pull the Holo film away (and it's reusable) to have the effect transferred to the tip of the resin piece.. alternatives would be to make a resin piece and do a dome or coat of clear over it then lay the Holo film on it til cured ( remember the longer u let it cure before pulling it off the better the effect will be.. for instance if u take it away before full cure, it's likely that the resin will still be shot enough that it levels out again or is easily marred and smooshed by fingers etc) ALSO another alternative would be to have a flat resin piece MADE then pull the clear backing off of the Holo film and sticking THAT BACK SIDE down onto the resin piece (Holo side would be facing up on the resin piece) then mold the entire thing so u can make exact copies with this mold 🥰 say a coaster u stuck the Holo onto.. u would pour the mold with the coasters Holo side facing up and when u pulled the piece fm the mold u can use the mold to make a set of matching coasters😅
@@Julia_Mwa u can reuse the same sheet of defraction paper as well tho 🥰 it's also reusable. But yes! There's all kinds of ways to do it! It's all about preference and sometimes ease of use for different projects of course! 💕💕
