You are saying it right
Fabulous tip on melting chocolate! Can’t wait to try it.
Thank you for your tips about holding the chocolate at the perfect temp Louise! I just made some truffles a couple of hours ago and wish I would have seen your video beforehand! 😊
This is a great idea. My problem has always been: too high, then too low, then too high, then freezing up before I can coat the insides. What a nightmare. This seems doable. I love the creamy, runny nature of when you pulled spoonfuls up and let it drop into the bowl. Perfect.
Note: You pronounced Ghiradelli perfectly. I live only about 3 miles from the factory.... Go there a lot. BUT.... I prefer the Guittard chocolate chips. They are better quality and don't have that chemical/artificial taste that the Ghiradelli often has.
I also love the Guittard chips. I male my microwave fudge with those.
That is really a good tip! Thank you! You are great!
Thank you…I’ll be trying this because I’m terrible at dipping things in chocolate!!
Oh my gosh how I wish I had known about this last year..my daughter was doing some sort of coffee beans for her boss and did we ever have a mess and the choc was not so grand either. I dont know where her recipe came from for the coffee beans but I told her never again lol
Great idea.. thanks for sharing!!!
This was so helpful! Thank you so much for amazing tips! I’m subscribing! 😊
Crockpot ❤
How is the ip different from the crockpot?
excellent!
Thank you!
Have you ever tried Merckens chocolate wafers? I think they're the best candy melting chocolate.
Brilliant!
I really needed this because my chocolate usually seizes up on me! Thank you!
Smart lady! Thank you for making the video about the food. I don't like watching the videos where people tell me about their whole life or what they did that day etc.
Thanks so much!
You are pronouncing the name of the chocolate correctly. ❤
She sure loves candy and cookies
I’m so happy to have found this video 🤩
I need to make A LOT of cake pops, every time I try to make the dipping chocolate it’s hit or miss 🤦♀️
If/ when you need to add more chocolate, can you just add to existing and turn the pot temp back up? Or should I start from scratch with new clean bowl ect…?
Honestly can not wait to try, probs today ❤
When I say Ghirardelli, I pronounce it, " Ghirardelli". Although sometimes I'll pronounce it "Ghirardelli" if Im feeling fancy.
Lol! Winner winner chicken dinner! 🤣🤣🤣
I’ve always said “gear-a-deli” but I’ve been told that my NW accent is strong 😂
What size is your glass bowl. My ninja foodie does have a keep warm feature at what point would I use it, thx
Will definitely be getting this. Have you tried using 1C of the wafers & 3 of the chips for better flavor? Or does that not give a good consistency?
Perfectly pronounced.
I have only heard Ghirardelli pronounced like you said it (gear-uh-deli). I would not be surprised if the founders pronounced their name differently, but, that was long ago, I think.
Here in the San Francisco area, we also pronounce it Gear-a-delli.. So not mispronounced at all.
Then you're missing the second R.
🥰😍🤗
I can't help but smile at your YT name every time I see it!

@@fakeperson4069 Heat a regular pan and keep it at exactly 92° F.
Melting wafers? Never heard of them. Maybe that's my problem! All these years I've been melting chocolate chips over a double broiler and it always ends up drying out and getting too thick. 😂
Your handle made me smile! My 90 year old uncle nicknamed my daughter Punky Doodle when she was born in 2007 ❤️
I think it must be a fairly common nickname that was used by older generations. My momma still calls me Punky doodle... and I'm 50 years old. 😂
