I have this scooter, I was new to scooters but now its been 3 months. It had some quality issues as I got it from a random seller from Amazon, so my initial experience was distasteful as it died out the 1st day I took it out. Support was fine for both seller and manufacturer (both in China) until I wanted it repaired and fortunate it for me I found a scooter repair shop as it kept blowing 30A fuses. It runs like a champ now. I upgraded the handlebars to mountain bike ones, change to large Cloud 9 seat, did cable management and put the battery in a flame retardant shell...and added hydraulic front brake. I know you sent yours back but for those who need the information check out the links and thanks for review, I like as so many view but don't click that like button:

I have the same escooter, I been using it more than a year and I have no issue with it. I upgraded the original folding handle bar from MTB handle bar for stability. The only thing minor issues are the units on distance (Km) and speed (Kph) but not a problem at all. The accelerator is a hand twist throttle compare to the competitors with thumb throttle which is more safety when stopping and braking.]. The low/high speed locked at 35 -45Kph based on actual test ride which good enough for leisure riding around the town , parks and multipurpose trails.. The range with fully charged battery will go as far as 20- -40 Km @ both Low/High speed. Could be ridden in both gravel/paved roads, It's great in climbing steep/uphill roads @ 30 Kph. The voltage is at 54 V fully charged and 42 V will start to shutdown the motor. Always check the voltmeter drop on the LED dashboard and control of your hand twist throttle to monitor the juice of the battery,. This PEV is acceptable for entry level dual motor escooter for commuting and leisure ride, If you are looking for speed and performance upgrade/invest to the high-end brand name escooters.

I have the same scooter! Got mine used for $600! The light on the deck has already stopped working on one side but that does not bother me as I got it at a lower price. Your right it does rattle a lot. I raised the stem as much as I could as I am 6ft, I don’t use the seat at all and removed it! I,m 50/50 with this scooter, I use it to commute to bus station and this thing is bulky folded down so I leave it up and when I,m getting on bus I lift it by grabbing stem and grabbing the back with the metal bars! It is a heavy scooter! I will keep it for now but I think I prefer my HIBOY MAX3 which is easier to get on and off bus with and does not rattle all over the place! I honestly feel safer on the MAX3. Because of all the creaking on this I always wonder If a part is going to fly off haha! I also prefer thumb throttle over twist but that’s just personal preference!

How tall are you? I'm pretty tall at 6'6" and I ride a Segway Ninebot Max standing up.

My commute is 7-8 miles on high power. It could probably just make it 10 miles on high.

@@TheDukeTMOfficial I bought me the X13 escooter from yumeway. That scooter is not for off road. It can be but I choose not to.
