I 110% agree with you. I have had the WORST experience with Gotrax than I had with any other company! I needed an Ebike for my commute, and I was really liking the Avention bikes, but then I noticed that Gotrax made an Ebike. I already knew that they to made really good Escooters, so I looked into their CTI3 model. It had 5 star reviews everywhere I went online. It seemed to be deemed the BEST budget Ebike! So, I went onto BestBuy and saw that they had it with a 300ish$ discount so I jumped on it and placed my order. My bike arrived on time, but as soon as I unboxed it, the problems started. Firstly, the back brake did NOT work. I had no idea how Hydraulic brakes even work! I spent a bunch of time troubleshooting and then contacting the company. They are completely & utterly USELESS. They do not answer you're questions and just make up BS, they are such idiots that even after I sent them countless videos of my brakes, they sent me generic instructions on how to adjust traditional non-Hydraulic rim brakes! I'm seriously fed up at that point because they are useless, rude, and they take forever to respond, and use Google translate so you don't even understand what they're trying to say! To put the cherry on top, my return warranty for best buy had just expired. Great. I take it to a bike shop for them to bleed the brakes, they cant do it because "Gotrax uses a proprietary fitting". I order a total of 3 brake bleed kits that say "they are compatible" with it before one actually fits. So I bleed the brakes and the brake is like new. That means that there "quality control" is non existent because it didn't leak out inside the box! (They even had the audacity to put a "QC passed" sticker on it) The "support phone number" is also fake. You call it and a machine says that they are now email ONLY?!?!?!? Ug. The bike is ok I guess, the frame is wobbly and the moter makes some concerning sounds, but its never left me stranded or anything like that. (The range is also pretty less than advertised) I will never ever buy or recommend this company again. They need to be shut down. Spread the word.

I just bought an amigo magari, 2022.. Has massive leak at muffler flange. The manual doesn't say sh#t it came with an open end wrench for mirror adjusting, spark plug socket, and screwdriver... That's all.. The bolts are different than the 1 wrench.. You need a socket to get "in" the s.o.b.. I had to rotate the mirrors so DOT was upside down to get mirrors perfect.. Don't get me wrong, excellent clutch action, lighting, and excellent shocks.. 2 grand total.. 2 weeks old, per say. 103 miles on it now.. I'm going to see the sales man tomorrow for a talk about it, all of it.. That exhaust will be fixed, no matter what. 💰
