@@GadgetCrunch can you help me out with something so my scooter instruction book reads my scooter is 48v 10 ah /16ah I'm a little confused. Is it 10ah or is it 16ah

@ 35 seconds, "if you pair that up with a 60 amp battery" Most of the models Ive seen are sold with either a 10aH, 12aH, 16aH, or 20aH battery depending on which country. Is a 60aH battery really an option as an upgrade? If so, which one is recommended?
Every battery uses more volts. For example, your car or truck has a 12 volt battery, but if you check it with a multimeter it will tell you it is over 14 volts. A 48 volt battery will always show more than 48 volts when charged, and as it drains it will show less than 48 volts. I have some 5 volt walkie talkies with voltage readings, and all of them stay above 7 and 8 volts till the battery gets low, then they start going lower till they die. On a 12 volt battery for example, you want that battery to always be around 12.6 volts or higher, because once it gets under 12.6 volts it is dying fast, and by the time it gets around 12.2 volts it is about 50% drained. With car batteries that is the sign you have a problem, if your 12 volt battery is not showing 12.6 volts or higher, something is causing it to not hold a proper charge.
@@chrisgullett4332 well explained, the "48 volt battery" is the nominal voltage (aka 50-60% charged), 54.6 volts is the max charge voltage (aka fully charged), and around 39v minimum charge voltage (thats where its dead)
I'm new to this, so how do you get new wheels, break disks and other stuff, that wears with time and use? P.S. OK, so I found their site, where they sell parts, and there are services in my town working with such scooters, so... I guess I'll get miself one eventually.
@@spartanstocktrader4614 Yeap, bought one with 16Ah battery and 600W motor. Thing is, I specifically needed a scooter with a seat, since I'm handicapped. A couple of weeks ago "did a test" how waterproof it is - got under a heavy rain. X) There is only one problem - since it potentially can run faster than 25km/h, it can not be registered as a scooter and is illegal to drive either on streets or walkways in my country.
@@tjkmrj08 Very well. Got into one, when water sometimes reached up to axles. With lights on, it looked like sparks are flying from front wheel ahead of scooter. XD
I bought one on 31st March but it's still parked in my room. I'm too concerned about where to ride it. I have chavs on cheaper scooters going up and down all day with the council CCTV watching but they get away with it. One even rides a petrol quad bike on the path. Has done for three years. But I just fear that I will be the one who'll get spotted or grassed on because I'll be on my own the Police won't be as scared as they are from a group of chavs. I didn't buy it to lose it.
It is certainly a grey area. I can't suggest anything on my part but I certainly have seen many people riding around on a variety of e-scooters and bikes on a regular basis......if you regulate your speeds in built-up areas there may be some leniency shown.
I have a question I have the same exact scooter in this video here....ok so here is my question now when I plug my charger in the wall it does come on with the green light now here's where the problem start once I plug it up to my scooter the light stays green but once I apply force to the plug in the scooter then the charger light turn red but after about and hour or so the charger get hot I'm not talking about warm or room temperature I'm talking about hot like this ain't normal type of hot have anyone experience that issue

Hello there, i do not know if this is still relevant to your situation but i am certain i recently saw a YT video where the guy explains that he had loose stem and it took him ages to figure out that way down deep down in that tube that the bar stem goes into there is i think an 18 mm, i think nut and he had to cut a spanner and attach it to a short rod that let him reach down in there with the handle bar stem taken out of place. I hope this may help others who are having this problem. I am just about to order one as i cant walk far at all any more and i am not ready for a full on mobility scooter. Just a few hours, a few times a week along the local beach front while the weather is not so bad.
