Recap - 2023 MKE CRE Summer Program for BIPOC High Schoolers at Marquette University

Recap of the 2023 MKE CRE Summer High School Immersion Program, in partnership between the Marquette University Center for Real Estate and NAIOP Wisconsin. Special thanks to our sponsors including the presenting sponsor Physicians Realty Trust.
MKE CRE is a week-long summer camp on the campus of Marquette University that helps students of color get exposed to careers in commercial real estate. The program brought together top-tier university faculty, Milwaukee’s elite real estate community leaders, the best employers in the region, and more than a dozen wonderful students for five days of activities, learning, site tours, excursions, and fun. Students stayed overnight in Marquette’s state-of-the-art dormitory, The Commons, and experienced campus life through attending sessions in the College of Business Administration while also traveling around the city to real estate projects and company headquarters.
Thanks to all the volunteers, speakers and people who made this program a reality. We are already looking forward to next year!
