Sweet VIDEO!!! Can't wait to see more, BUT, something is VERY wrong with that MAF based on your logs. Usually its a bad connection at a connector, or issue if its got a MAFia or even oil on the meter itself. But a MAF jumping that much isn't good. (Maybe its a logging error, might wanna double check with second device like and SCT just see if MAF still jumps on that). That inlet tube isn't really turbulent, so highly doubtful its a flow issue. (I have ran that style tube to just over 1,000whp with no turbulence issues)
Actually it kinda looks slow lol. And I have a Procharged 3 valve. You need to get that third gear lockout fixed. Get the Blowfish bracket if you can find one. You gotta get that shifter off the chassis.
