Kudos to Palm Beach dyno for using SAE corrected numbers 👏
That cutout is soooo awesome, like the cherry on the cake, for a sleeper setup
I wish your videos would include a, "this kit starts at $XX,XXX installed", or just tell us what the retail is on the kit as shown. I get you can't give exact prices because every install is different. It would just be nice to hear a ballpark.
Kits about 7 to 11 k depending in options you pick and easy to install
@@sneezinhatch MOST people aren't DIY'ing a turbo kit in their garage.
@@aaronbritt2025Hold my beer. LOL #squarebodyfromhell #tinker4wddragtruck
@@aaronbritt2025 sounds like people I don't want to be friends with.
All the people i know with turbos or blowers done a "DIY" install. But...we arent wealthy either.
Damn! 880 @ 16psi! That already is super car HP
Theres nothing more sleeper than a coyote with turbo whistle through the exhaust, and 4 weld beadlocks on drag radials. I would of never known pulling up next to it lol
Ive seen lots of people with welds or slicks on a cammed only silverados lol
@@2-meanls3s56yea just because it had welds dont mean its fast.
@@midnight347 i have welds on my 16 f150 but atleast i make 700 to the wheels on a gen 3 coyote engine with a on3 turbo set up lol
That sounds absolutely incredible. I’ll admit I was really starting to come around on these supercharged single cab trucks but now that Helion makes a sleeper kit I am very impressed and may go down this road once I am tired of letting Ford fix my Shelby all the time 😂😅
Nothing sounds like Whipple charger..
@@2damnkwiku can barely hear it tho plus the whistle sounds better
@@felixberrones3313because coyotes dont run much boost. Even turned up on e they run what 15 psi? That whipple aint even working at 15 psi hence the no whine.
@@midnight347 seem some run 27 on whipple even more on turbos
@@midnight347no, it’s because the airbox is covered and contained. Remove that like they use to be, and they get loud again. But at the expense of warmer air.
Jeff the man at Hellion stand up guy 100% ask for him no games no bs all real talk 100% trustworthy company and salesman 😎
I had a brand new 2001 Ford lightning . That truck was unbelievable they built the truck around the engine . Instead of putting an engine in a truck and let it go . I love how the 4-inch pipe come out before the driver side back tire ! I got more compliments in that truck, not only that IB cars while I was pulling my boat .
Wow the perfect setup for a F150 this is a Bada$$ setup for the street and track.
Badass! Hellion sleeper kit on my 17 GT with 64/66's on 20lbs mt82(bc3) 3:31 rear, should be illegal on the street. Lol. I'm going to have to build one of these trucks.
Was holding out for Whipple to release the Gen 6 3.0 whipple for the 2021 and newer trucks. This might be a great alternative.
Ken!! The man!! Glad to see you back!!!
I cam hear the turbos whistling in the stick mode... that huge blow off doesn't help hide the kit.... sounds sweet none the less
That is seriously impressive!
I'm assuming it's catless? Just needs a true dual system to let it really breathe! Is there any kind of shields available to keep the air filters dry in case it rains?
Wow what a video. Pretty incredible business here and terrific presentation. I love these Coyote regular cabs and dang I'd want to keep it stock but these videos sure tickle our fancy. 💯Cheers from Clearwater 🌴🤙🏼
Gotta give it to the Ford Engineers too.
Sweet build guys A+ .ant it funny never thought i see a tweaked basic 4x4 standard cab truck cost more than some houses lol
So need that kit for my lifted f150
Its crazy the time we live in. 10 years ago know body would believe you if u told them this. I love stuff like this. Even 20 years ago. I'm building a 65 shelby roadster. That's going to nuts. He'll yea. Cars and trucks brings others together. Let's show kindness to others.
PALM BEACH DYNO LEGIT!! Daily driver no issues plenty of power with one of HELLION TWIN TURBO kit these 2 companies make it happen no bs all real 100% 😎
Torque very important. A lot ones all they care HP. Torque helps it haul greatly. If too much need good traction for it. Meaning tire and traction bars etc.. hopefully i’m right on that 😂
Only thing I would change is air filters being plumbed higher into the engine compartment. With water and dirt they will clog up fast
Hellion already has that, standard.
Besides, turbos being down by the transmission is just like their sleeper kits for the cars with no issues.
@@HeyItsThatGuyWithTheShirt if you try that in the rain it's gonna be fun
The turbo's on this truck are in a spot that will get water in them if you go through a deep puddle in the road, filters that are on them in this video won't stop water from getting in them
what gears was the pull in. It wasn't in 7th gear which is 1 to 1. It's been proven the 10 speed doesn't last long in the 850 plus range
That’s nice except you got the air cleaner intake on the bottom of the truck? What are you doing when you run through a rain puddle
My only concern with this would be dust if you live out in the country going right into the turbos
he mentioned at this part 8:30 for your concern that there is a relocation kit that brings filters back to factory location from what i've seen after i went to original hellion website and it does have stock filter location i live in the middle east soon ill hit them up managing on how things are going and hopefully we build that thing after i sell my glc63s and deff first thing ill get those 2 filters the delete kit and the relocation kit so i can make the car year out seasoned car
Its a great kit id leave it around 700hp on a stock motor cause the trans and diff / drive shaft will be the weak points not to mention the rods .
That’s a great set up for a daily! Is it a 24’?
Nice... Want to see what else will be done on this build along with HP and dragy times!
Oh man, that is such an awesome truck! I would love to have that kit with a crew cab 4 by 4 with a twin panel moonroof! That would be an awesome sleeper Street truck, for the sounds and performance alone!
I take it warranty goes out the window though...
Bummer
Love the video man
Way to many people just talk peak numbers
That’s not what makes a quick car
Wow not too many sports cars could keep up with that F-150!!!!
5.4sec 60-130 is mighty impressive for a Ford F-150!!! Just Wow!!! I am impressed. What boost level do you recommend that people daily drive this setup at? 16psi boost????? Your road test was at 18 correct?
I am blown away. When I get my next F-150 I will have to decide whether to go 5.0 V8 Coyote or hybrid with twin turbo V6 and go with your turbos!!!! Thanks
Nice job Ken!
WOW ! I can't believe this is with a stock drive line...crazy !
Could you do a dyno with the turbo intake plumbed to the airbox? Also any issues on a truck with 3/5 lowering kit with low hanging stuff
I’d be interested in this kit how much does it cost?
Upgraded brakes are a must with this much power.
Can you drive this in the rain, getting the filters wet?
So what about puddles with those turbos underneath!
What suspension kit is installed on the truck?
1.5x 60’ on the street is freaking unreal.
2 Questions whats the installed cost and Id like to see the dyni numbers on an awd dyno.
So cool. Unfortunately, I live in California. Is there any way I could hook the stock intake back up and periodically change the tune for smog checks? I noticed you said it is still a cat-back setup.
Better to go with a Whipple supercharger if you live in CA. You could still make 1200hp
Cool idea. How's the transmission temp? Lots of heat by the pan. Maybe auxiliary cooler.
Would love to find the greatest amount of torque this set of turbos makes. I tow with mine.
Beautiful kit and install! Props to the guys who know what they're doing! My only concern and question would be, heat shields for the turbos?....all that heat is going to rise.....
Hello. The turbo placement is in a place that protects the cab from heat, so a heat shield is not needed. No worries!
Bottom of car mount? Is that a good choice? Takes the daily driver out of it with exposed turbos and air filters especially rainy days or water puddles
The kit comes standard with piping to run to the factory airbox.
Besides, street driven Hellion vehicles have had zero problems with filters down by the transmission.
Hello. The kit comes with piping routed all the way up to the factory airbox, and there is an option to just have the filters on the turbos direct. The choice is yours, so no worries! The kit is designed for all weather conditions, no matter how extreme.
Need this on my 2024
Looks like a killer package. Only problem I see is the location of the intake. I'd definitely have to run some plumbing to a higher more forward location for the filters.Behind the front wheels wouldn't be good where I live. They be more like jetski intakes here.
Totally agree. Couldn’t drive it in the rain.
You guys obviously didn’t watch the whole video. Ken stated that the kit comes standard with piping that runs all the way up to the factory airbox.
And besides, running the turbos and filters down there has no issue with driving in the rain as Hellion has countless customers who have the similar style kit on their mustangs and hemi cars with zero issues.
Hello. The kit comes with piping routed all the way up to the factory airbox, and there is an option to just have the filters on the turbos direct. The choice is yours, so no worries! The kit is designed for all weather conditions, no matter how extreme.
Can you still drive in the rain and on dirt roads with those turbos under the truck?
Unlike the 3.5 tt with turbos on each exhaust it appears you're coming off one exhaust and then splitting into exhausts with twin turbos....unless I'm not seeing it correctly.
I’ve been watching these trucks evolve and now palm beach is getting in the mix and doing a full break down. I love it. Also a great basic combo here, for the most part, cheap. Great little street ride to scare your wife with for sure. Keep them coming sir. The gtr might leave if I have enough proof that these trucks are worth it. Not to mention put some money back in the bank 🫣
Great video awesome truck Ford power forever baby getting it done
holy crap !!!!! awesome for a stock truck ,, i want that kit for my 16 f150 ....
It fits 2015-2023!
How about a 1997 dodge ram 5.9l v8? Will this work?
@@PalmBeachDyno can you still drive in the rain and on dirt roads with those turbos under the truck?
Good to see you, happy valentine's day. Awsome videos
What truck do you start with? Base 4WD F150 Coyote? That's all I need? Then drop truck off to you all?
First time I caught your videos really good stuff.
Would love to have you take a look at one of my cars when I drive down.
Killer ! Sounds bad ass.
Turbos seem like they would heat soak the trans where they are located
Nasty setup!! Great video!
Why not run those pipes if it keeps it dry, and still cooler ?
Curious how this compares numbers wise to the factory or dealer installed supercharger. A mustang would be fun but a single cab pick up is more practical for my needs
Psi per psi, Turbo > Blowers
The dealer-installed supercharger is pretty bad compared to when we do it because they are limited with the canned tune which has a low speed limiter, rev limiter etc.
KUDO'S PALM BEACH DYNO!!!
Respectfully, Seth
Thank you!!!
Might be a dumb question but any worries driving this setup in heavy rain or wet conditions?
Hello. The kit comes with piping routed all the way up to the factory airbox, and there is an option to just have the filters on the turbos direct. The choice is yours, so no worries! The kit is designed for all weather conditions, no matter how extreme.
When will the 2024 F150 be tunable?
love the setup..my question is with the rerouting kit for the turbos would that keep the turbos safe if you got into some rain or puddles to prevent them from taking in water? Im looking into one of these trucks down the road so id be daily driving it more then not so im just curious how that works thank you.
What are concerns with the air filter locations?
Can we possibly get a list of what is done to the truck besides the hellion kit?
It's our twin turbo package. If you are interested in getting your truck done it's best to give us a call! 561.571.1173
Intake so low to the ground ... what about water damage?
Hit the track!
Did i miss the tireand wheel size? I know 20s, but whay width and tire size? Thanks
Love to hear this with a borla or corsa catback.
Stock fuel system and injectors?
what about the rain or puddles?
Wow that's cool I'm impressed
How do these turbos handle water? What if it is raining or you hit a puddle?
So still on the stock trans or has it been upgraded to handle the added power?
How is it when the turbos down there and rain? I like this set up a lot
Can you tune my Gen3 10r80 coyote swap its an 150 motor running power by the hour gt control pack so idk what all was done to make it work with F150 motor but I want to turn off the IMRC and add 18 gt manifold and cold air and e85. Thanks
What are the limits on the factory 10sp TRANSMISSION?
I have a 2019 Kia Stinger GT2 and bought it before I saw Cleetus's F150 and regret getting the Stinger.. but I cannot find a 4x4 f150 with the 5.0 at all... all I find is RWD. Thinking of buying a RWD and converting to AWD (Im in the PNW)
Just be patient find a 5.0 with the spec you want with 4x4...theyre out there trust me.
This setup or a vortech for reliability, longevity and daily driving?
Where did your customer purchase his F150?
Can be run in wet weather without fear of water ingestion?
How would this setup be approximate, I'm thinking about selling the 03 cobra and getting into something cool like this
Question, can you twin turbo an fp700 truck that has a wipple on it?
What kills your motor first, Supercharging or turbos?
Is it a 4x4? I might have missed it.
Nice video!! How much to get this kit installed?
Do you bring your own truck??
Great video. Covered all points
Glad to see you back Ken. Bad azz f1fiddy for sure!!! 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
🤔🚫🧢🎬💯💪🥶👿🚐💨🚐💨
Great video. Hey humour us Chevy guys, do a corvette or camaro. Other shops that specialize in GM products actually do Mustangs, Raptors, and even TRX’s. If u did one before my apologies. ❤❤❤
Do you have kits for F250 single cab 4x4 2023?? Whats a ball park?
Nice 👍 I wonder 🎉how much is on the truck?$$$$
would this kit be good in all weather areas ? Rain n snow ?
This thing would be a great no prep racer. It grips and goes. I'd go fully built iron block and bullet proof everything.
I wander how much that would cost
lol 😂 “Iron block” the fastest everything is aluminum block.
Iron block Coyote is about 5200.00. Its not needed that block has yet to break and they are pushing over 2800HP on it.@@jayknight139
Get an ffre/RPG/tkm longblock if you want a bulletproof 5.0/5.2. There are no iron coyotes; completely unnecessary in 2024.
Awesome performance but turbo location would be an issue anywhere there's flooding when it rains like in Fl.
This is Florida. We do a lot of low mount kits on Mustangs. Never had a customer have an issue
Hello. The kit comes with piping routed all the way up to the factory airbox, and there is an option to just have the filters on the turbos direct. The choice is yours, so no worries! The kit is designed for all weather conditions, no matter how extreme.
@HellionPowerSys good to know. Having a truck but having to treat it like a sedan with respect to crossing standing water would be a deal breaker.
@@99yota30 That is completely understandable and is why this kit was designed and tested to handle all conditions. Its very modular and can be adapted to each situation. We are very proud of the results! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
What would i need to put for mine to handle this like supporting mods or fuel system
What’s this kit running for manifolds? Fabricated or stock?
What 2 step setups are you running on this?
