I’m brand new to long arm quilting.... I need videos from the very beginning... how to load the quilt, how to check and adjust the tension, do I practice with the same fabric as the quilt or just any fabric?

Thanks for doing the WIP. I ended up purchasing this machine at the beginning of January. Would you go from side to side or up and down then side to side? Also on my "P" setting the alarm goes off but in you demo it did not what causes the alarm to go off?
