The cop interaction part fucked me up. I'm black and I've had several like that. What the white boys will never get however, are the many more interactions I've had, or even just being in the vicinity of them, that turned into me fearing for my life, despite being completely innocent of anything.

@@xX_Gravity_XxI am a white guy. But I grew up in a mostly black community. I didn't absorb the culture as much as I should've but I remember the stories. From kids. People at the local park. And really everywhere. So while I have no direct experience I understand the feeling of fearing for your life when your average pompous rich white kid would never worry about it. For example an interaction with the scum we label police.
I think what hasan is not getting is that as a regular employee, you are CONSTANTLY treated like trash every day by customers, so now you have to handle youtubers causing a rucus because they think it's funny. ,Here's the kicker though... sure it may be "not a big deal" now but as soon as it catches fire, a lot more employees gotta deal with this shit. I know If I were a worker I would have a freakout
As a retail worker, I've screamed and cussed at teens. I don't even feel bad. I think quarantine broke their brains. They try to yoink mannequins, break things, throw eggs and make racist little comments to supervisors that kick them out that are poc. Smh.

I live in Baltimore and Im white, and Ive literally been stopped and hassled by police so many times, and I've been stopped TWICE by police helicopters for just walking down the street. Theres so much crime that it isnt uncommon for businesses to be robbed at all points of the day, so multiple times ive walked in areas being robbed I guess. But honest to God the cops are way scarier than the criminals. In Baltimore I am way more afraid of the cops than criminals. They surround u with cop cars and cops on foot, and they put the heli spotlight on u, its super scary man. We dont have cops like the ones in this video thats for sure.
