Pretty nifty little set. The queen face hugger looks pretty cool. The size of it and the longer tail looks pretty fierce and the clear coat of paint makes it look alive. The amber orange color of the bambi burster kind of makes it look mummified. The addition of the spattered blood is pretty cool making it look like it freshly bursted and the detailing on it looks cool with the marbled head as Spot pointed out. The Rottweiler looks good and has a nice head sculpt. The queen burster looks really cool and the wet sheen makes it look alive and the sculpt is really good. Articulation on her is pretty good for being on all fours. A nice set. Thanks Spot!

I already have the ultimate edition of the runner alien and it’s amazing, easily my favorite NECA figure, and I’m definitely going to be getting this accessory pack along with the Ultimate Big Chap which is in stores now.
The bambi burster looks cool, but logistically is way to big to have been inside the dog. It works better as an intermediate stage xeno between infant and adult.
sweet set . interesting fact the queen facehugger does actually show up in that A3 special edition cut for a blink and miss it scene . one the convicts picks it up confused to what it is . also the facehugger is a straight up repaint of the smaller one from the Kenner set. which was based of those concept sketches and prop from the A3 movie

True what Spot said regarding animals in horror movies. 99% of the time they will die...and in an awful way. Contrary to Disaster movies where they always survive.

This queen is a later stage of his evolution because in the new ultimate dog alien from neca there's gonna be another queen burster that is in a far earlier stage of evolution, I will say the new queen burster will be a fresh out of the chest queen burster compared to the one from this creature pack :)

@Litshttam it's only my fanfiction which I have been fantasizing. Besides, years ago Dark Horse released a comic series of all three characters despite the 3 of them being from different studios.
There's also a small queen chest burster that comes with ultimate Alien 3.
I have this set and my Alien Queen burster is standing on her own two legs just fine, It all depends on how you position the figure. I positioned mine as the large Queen, semi upright, long arms dropping forward, back legs bent with the tail dragging, looks like an actual new born creature trying to stand. With patience and ingenuity you can get all the figures to stand very well. So no, I don't think "You could never had the figure standing on its own" same thing goes for the Royal Facehugger, it all has to do with the tail bend and boom, figures are standing. An actual issue I do agree on is the joints, since NECA is legendary with their quality control on their figures (on the negative side in fact) and the joints come too tight and they break easily and these little figures are quite on the soft side. Regardless, there are ways to pose the figures on themselves without any help of a stand.
Actually, there have been a few queen bursters over the years, like the one that came with the original kenner queen, the lne that came with the kenner alien resurrectio Ripley, the bigger one that came in like a test tube that was more lifesize, a maquete(i think) one and even a plush, so this one is far from the first but great review anyway.

I hate how they change it to an Ox. That defeats the purpose of calling it the Dog Alien.

Oh when you mentioned Cujo, i remember another movie since i was young early 90s. I have been looking for it and can not remember what it is called, maybe you know so i can finally find it. It is a older movie around mid/late 80s maybe, starting scene is a rottweiler or similar race with a white damaged eye in a scrap yard there he is chained up. After several hits by a shovel of its owner the dog rips the thick steel chains and jumps up to kill him. Later under the movie the dog gets obsessed with a woman and start chasing her trough the big city. The almost demon dog was hard to kill (all i can remember sadly) I would love to see it again but as said no idea what it is called and can not find it when googling around.

Here's a question, Spot.
Knowing what we do about the director of Jeepers Creepers, do you personally feel comfortable buying things related to Jeepers Creepers? I personally don't, and I feel insulted that Funko made a pop of The Creeper, therefore helping that director still thrive.
I dont have an issue with it, on the one hand sure you're keeping the Director in the spotlight but those movies were also made by talented actors, set crews, not to mention the studio that backed and marketed the film those individuals shouldn't be penalized for a Directors less than steller behind the scene doings
I forgot about all of that shit. Yeah, I can't even bring myself to watch those movies let alone buying merch of it.
@@TheReviewSpot Personally, knowing tons of people who are personally affected by events such as that, it truthfully sickens me Salva was able to do such things, and even moreso that he continues to profit.
Now, if the news I've been given is true, he lost the rights to it, and now doesn't profit in the slightest. However, it still feels scummy that knowing he himself is a genuine creeper, he can call a character he created The Creeper, and even smile for a mugshot he took in 2001 after the movie came out.
However, I do acknowledge it wasn't JUST Salva responsible for the films. The other actors/actresses SHOULD profit themselves, just not him. If that makes any sense.
All I really want is the Bambi Burster. If I buy this set, the rest would just sit in the box. I hate that.

Man the dog alien should have grabbed Ripley and take her deep in the facility and cocoon her till the queen bursted out then the dog alien could have started to eliminate the prisoners and cocooning the weakest of the prisoners in preparation for the queen and building a nest for her but the dog alien was to aggressive alien 3 could have gone well for the xenomorph but it didn't happen 😥

I love neca figures, but oh my god do I have issues with them. I’m on the brink of stop bothering with them, my Nightmare on Elm street part 3 Freddy syringe hands will not go onto the figure. Part 6 Jason cannot hold the spear and the packaging to it was very stupid and you could only get it out of the packaging by breaking the plastic holding it. My final chapter figure is the only figure I’ve had no faults with. Got a part 3 figure and the crystal lake accessory pack coming. If I continue to get this issues I won’t continue to support this company.

I lost my inner jaw I couldn't get the little bastard to snap in and dropped it on the floor unfortunately I roll my on cigarettes so it fell into a pile of tobacco it was so small and hard to get in I said fuck it.it still is a very nice piece to my collection tho
