Those tours sound like so much fun! I wonder how many people end up trashed on the pub crawl..... hmm... I love scary things so that Jack the Ripper tour looks great! I'm going on a ghost tour in London and looking forward to it. Wonderful video and you sure did a lot in just a short amount of time!

Your first video was good actually. I got to London Saturday myself and wish I saw the video first. Videos from American tourist are helpful because it adds an open mindedness specific to us as Americans.
We stayed at Montague on the Gardens also when in London (from Australia) last April What a brilliant hotel!! Service amazing, nothing is too much trouble.
Great video, really glad your doing more than just London as there are so many other great places in England 😊 Although I would say 2 days in London really isn’t long enough to really enjoy the city as there is so much to see and cramming it in all in 2 days doesn’t give you enough time to experience the city and take it all in

This was my second time in London though, so I had seen a lot when I was there a few years ago and this was really just a stop over before setting out to other parts of the country. But I adore London, and everywhere I’ve been in the UK, and I know I’ll be back many more times!

Thank you! And happy new year to you as well! I’m from Oregon, so I’m completely fine with grey skies! But luckily it was all sun while I was visiting :). This was such a short stop in London I’d love to go back soon and explore more!
That was a very professional "trip to London video". Are you sure you've not been doing this for years? People will no doubt tell you that London, whilst in the UK, isn't the UK. There are wonderful other places to visit including the historic city of York, the North Yorkshire Coast (edpecially Whitby), Durham, Edinburgh, Stirling, the Lake District, Chester, Bath, Stonehenge AND more castles in Wales than you could shake a stick at (as well as beautiful Snowdonia). Mostly cheaper than London, too, but obviously if you're in the UK you have to START in London! I hope you enjoyed our capital city and that you have many more travel adventures.

Either walking or taking the Tube. If you’re in central London, it maxes out at £8,10 for as many rides as you like on buses and/or tube trains in a day.
The car will be useful GETTING to Cambridge (unless you go there by train or bus), but Cambridge itself isn't a car-friendly city. However the centre is small and very walkable. The colleges go back centuries and if you want a leisurely first sight of some of the more scenic colleges, go by punt (or hire a chauffeured punt) along The Backs of the River Cam. That way you can at least see Queens', King's, Clare, Trinity Hall, Trinity, St John's and Magdalen Colleges. Some of the architecture is stunning. Three of the best years of my life were spent in that city eating, drinking, playing sport and occasionally going to lectures. You will LOVE it and you can walk in the footsteps of Sir Isaac Newton, Thomas Cranmer, Oliver Cromwell (boo if you want to), Stephen Hawking (well, in his wheelchair tracks) and many others...
