    While I don't think I have enough ambition to actually sell at the farmers market, you have definitely inspired me to frequent the one we have here in my area - lot's of love and hard work went into those veggies :)

    I know this reply is a bit late but i had an idea for your washing station... construct a "basket that fits into the bottom of your wash tub, then you can lift the potatoes from the wash to the rinse tub without draining the water each time. This would also speed things up a bit and many seconds saved turn into minutes which turn into hours.

      Love that idea! I’ve been keeping an eye out for a couple of baskets that will fit nicely. Might just have to make them for next season if when the time comes.
