I just had to come back to thank you. I did these exercises this morning because I couldnt take the pain anymore. Now I feel so much better. I only feel the slightest pain but gosh what a relief! thank you!!!!!
I’ve been going to physical therapy for ankle instability and as part of that they’ve been having me do exercises to strengthen my hips as well. The muscles of my lower back (which are also getting worked to an extent) haven’t been too happy when I wake up in the mornings. I’m excited to give these in-bed stretches a try to see if they help!

I consulted doctor and took medications. 4-5 days After completing medications again the pain started. Please suggest here...will it reduce?

Chronic sleep deprivation causes me to get a sore stiff back. So the first thing I would tell people is get more and better quality sleep. Also try to go easier on your back if you have a job that requires you to stand a lot and do a lot of strenuous back activities.
I want to add what is helping me with my chronic sleep deprivation. Either stop using screens (phone, tablet, TV) at least 2 hours before you go to bed. Or buy glasses that block the blue rays that contribute to lack of sleep. Your brain does not realize it’s sleep time and is losing melatonin. Also drink plenty of water or eat foods like soups and melons with the water, I’m not an expert. Just someone going through much of the same. Sleep is vital.
I am active as heck....I drink so much water that I have to urinate every 20-30 mins at times...Ive tried a few different sleep postures....and I have a semi-new mattress. Something else is missing....might be deficiency in magnesium or something
After waking up in the morning or even when momentarily sitting for sometime and when getting up if there is lowerback pain and stiffness what could be the cause?
@@tajtabassum cat cow position seems to be helping me please check out back intelligence channel. I learnt few things to avoid sitting as much as possible, use lumbar support chair if I have to sit, avoid shoveling at all costs , bending forward is a strict no , shoveling not only makes you bend forward but also twist it can make any herniation turn from bad to worse. Squat if I need to pick anything from floor without bending. Hope this helps and wish you a quick recovery.
